Odaların elden geçmeye ihtiyacı var, toplantı salonu ile yemek alanının yan yana ve -1 . Katta olması biraz dezavantajlı oldu. Konum olarak fena değil, cadde üstü olması yemek ve anlık alışveriş için avantajlı. Toplantı oteli değil, kısa süreli konaklama oteli konseptinde.
