Comfort Inn Acworth - Kennesaw Northwest

This place was ok. Very friendly front desk staff, and generally all staff in the hotel. Breakfast buffet was ok. Pillows were awful and hard to sleep on, but bed and bedding was comfortable. Carpet in room had significant staining, and furniture in hotel lobby was dirty and stained. After 13 hours in the car sleep was my main priority and all other issues were incidental.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and I have to say it was the good experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. thanks

The hotel room itself seemed pretty clean, but the walls looked like they had some water damage. Don’t plan on being able to use the pool, it was extremely dirty. Overall, it was a decent hotel but not great. Would recommend for a night but not much longer.

Clean. Nothing over the top but good for the price. The rooms are fairly large for a basic hotel. Breakfast comfort standards. We stayed there for one night. We will stop this location as We travel lot through

i stayed with my family on the way back from florida. great place to stay off the interstate. the beds were comfortable, breakfast was comfort standard nothing special. overall good hotel to stay for family

My son, daughter-in-law, and I stayed here for an overnight stay on our way to Florida. We had 2 rooms booked. The clerk at check-in was nice but somewhat overwhelmed. She informed me that she was not the normal evening clerk but someone had quit earlier that morning. She was nice but had difficulty getting our room keys programmed. Finally, after about 10 minutes we had our keys and luggage in hand and proceeded to our rooms. My son opened his door first and said "this is someone's room. There's luggage in here and stuff on the bed. I opened my room and it was fine so I gave the kids the key to the room and went back downstairs to the front desk. The clerk was busy trying to get another couple checked in. After another 10 minutes passed she finally had them checked in and asked me what I needed. I told her that one of our rooms was already occupied. She said "housekeeping didn't mark anything on the paperwork so how do they think I can keep up with this?" She assigned me a room across the hall from my son & DIL. Both rooms were adequate but could definitely use a good deep cleaning and some new furniture. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I slept well that night and was able to take a hot shower the next morning before we hit the road again. During our drive the next morning my DIL said when she picked up a clean towel to take a shower the night before the towel was folded up but had a glob of something brown and sticky inside. She and my son also said that someone tried to enter their room around 2 am. Fortunately the door was dead bolted and had they had used the additional interior lock. We did not eat breakfast because we wanted to get through Atlanta early. Property is located behind the QT gas station.

We literally cannot even get the Manager's name to discuss an issue we are having with them! We have been given the run around for the past two weeks about a cancellation. I could barely understand the lady I just spoke with. I asked numerous times for the manager and his direct email and she said there is no manager, it's just employees!!! My husband and I have used Comfort Inn for over 5 years when we travel, but this last reservation has become a complete nightmare!!

We were passing through Atlanta on the way to our destination. We had a reservation at the Comfort Inn in Acworth. The hotel was easily accessible from the interstate. This facility is very popular with contractors in their bright orange vests. After checking in, we found a comfortable and clean room. Everything worked. The breakfast area was quite small. There were only four tables. The food selections were minimal. The comfort of the lobby at check-in and at breakfast was interrupted by the loud television.

We were traveling from Florida to home and arrived really late- 2:30 am. Rate was still pretty high. The deadbolt for our door was damaged and would not lock- it appeared to have been pried open from the outside at some point. The beds were comfortable though and the room seemed clean. But the kicker was that the breakfast was so disappointing. We were told by e front desk clerk that breakfast ended at 9, so we dragged out of bes to get there on time (turns out it was actually 10 since it was Saturday). There were No eggs or breakfast meats, basically just a ton of low quality carbs. It was kind of painful knowing the holiday inn express with its really lovely breakfast was right next door. Next time we’ll know better….
