Mala información y cobros que no son
Mala experiencia, te hacen un cobro por ingresar una botella de vino, la regadera salía el agua muy caliente y después de la nada empezaba a hacer frío, te ofrecen el servicio de pizzas, pero como tenían bufet ya no te quisieron vender para orillarte a que pagaras este servicio

En general todo espectacular, el lugar super lindo, la habitación cómoda y con lo necesario... mi perrita y yo ibamos de fin de semana para relajarnos y así fue...
cabe mencionar que hay cobro por mascota que no se mencionaba en la app y tienen un reglamento que sería prudente soliciten antes de reservar pero fuera de eso ninguna queja... el equipo y personal muy atentos, definitivamente regresaremos.

Muy bonito lugar de descanso
EL hotel es muy bonito y recomendable para visitar el pueblo de ACULCO y sus alrededores, para descansar .Solo que si eliges la habitación de cama con sofa, ten cuidado porque la cama esta en un tapanco y el sofa abajo, esta muy bonito pero la escalera esta muy empinada y como el baño esta abajo te puedes resbalar , de acuerdo a tu edad o si tienes alguna lesión o algo parecido mejor eliga la habitación con la cama y sin el sofa, son del mismo costo y esta mas practica , por lo que comento del tapanco .

Agradable con oportunidad de mejoras
El lugar es muy agradable. Solo señalaría la necesidad de limpieza de las sabanas, pero con la atención me hicieron el favor de proporcionarme unas limpias. El techo de las habitaciones requiere de un acabado más estético por dentro. Las toallas son muy delgadas y sueltan mucha pelusa.
