This extremely expensive resort leaves much to be desired. The physical condition of the facilities is poor, hot tub didn't work, pealing paint, cracked and loose pavers, one ply toilet paper, poor water pressure… need I go on? Suffice it to say we will avoid this place in the future. Save your money.

Beautiful scenery and great space for any occasion! Always a peaceful, relaxing and fun place to stay. With wonderful restaurants and waterfront and beautiful golfing grounds, it’s a perfect getaway for families, business or just a little getaway!

Room was ok, sink was clogged, however they did fix it. Went to watch a movie and was 21.99 so went to hook up hdmi from computer because we pay for Netflix and Disney channels, but no they do not allow that, you have to pay to watch what you already pay for on their tv.. money grab unfortunately. All people that do this, maybe a couple or few grand a year, it is sad. Lost me and my family after we just spent 300+ dollar at their restaurant Arie…

This resort was such a disappointment. It is in need of a refresher. Our first room was contaminated with mold.. I had an allergic reaction. At first I didn’t think much about it.. the room had a beautiful view of the golf course and lake. Then my allergies kicked in. there was mold in the bathroom on the top of the tile, the dresser in the bedroom had the drawers screwed shut and the handles removed.. my guess is they had a flood in that room and covered it up. They moved us to a second room and it was better but there was stuff left in the drawers.. the lampshade was broken and there was dust on the air vent. We went to the hot tub. nice feature but young kids were jumping in without supervision.. the tiles were in bad condition with at least one missing. One elevator was out. Someone needs to do a better job maintaining this facility. We are one and done!

Booked a nicer room with view and balcony. Arrived and the room was infested with bees or wasps. My son is allergic. After I smashed 3, I called front desk and told them to move us. Immediately. First they refused but then gave us a tiny, downgraded room and offered no compensation. Also there is no hot water for your shower. This place is overpriced and awful. Never again.

We went to have a romantic getaway for Valentine's Day Weekend. Staff were very nice and helpful but there were very few. Given its the off season - understandable. However, the hotel and resort advertised Valentine's day packages - which we bought - at the same time that they held a children's Basketball tournament; and catered to a children's Hockey tournament nearby; it would've been nice to know that virtually every space including the bars and restaurants would be taking over by screaming children before we booked our romantic getaway; while the room was nice (we stayed in the tower the newer part of the hotel) - its a bit dated circa 1980s ish; housekeeping never came to our room; we couldn't use the tennis courts or basketball courts as those were taken over for the tournament; the pool was infested with kids; We paid top dollar for the Aerie restaurant for Valentine's day; understaffed; meal would've been okay at outback steakhouse prices but it was a $400 bill; it also took forever to get seated with reservations; same thing happened at Brunch - brunch was also overpriced and unimpressive and understaffed; took 30+ minutes to get seated with a reservation; The only positive experience was the Spa; we had a wonderful couples massage in a nice quiet area; granted this was on Friday during the day; we started to hear the rising roar of the children and families attending the tournament; We also went to the sports bar (the hotel bar in the lobby was ovetaken by children); the sports bar is in a corner by the elevators so again 100s of kids trying to come in and some that did; there was literally no escape. terrible experience; will not go back. It would've been nice to know that while the hotel advertised a romantic weekend - it's primary source of revenue that weekend was the tournaments; which is fine just don't advertise both.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the only complaint would be the pool/bar/arcade hours, they close at 10pm even on the weekend. Little kids were loudly running up and down the halls and banging on doors bright and early at 7am every day we were there, also kids everywhere took over the "adult" hot tub area. The room was clean and simple, and we liked the amenities offered.
