Excellent hotel in great location. Trims are spacious and clean. Food is excellent with a choice of eating inside out outside in the garden or around the pool. Service is of the highest standard and friendly

The staff are friendly but May only treat you “as good as you’re dressed”.

The salon is amazing, Rachel cut, washed and blowdried my hair then curled, it was the best experience I’ve had in any salon, she used products that made my hair feel amazing, it was very relaxing. Will definitely get another treatment when I return. Thank you

The hotel was a pick of our tour operator and it was a FABULOUS pick. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom is huge. You had a complimentary fruitbowl, wetbar and water. There was a full, complimentary breakfast everyday which is wonderful. There are enough choices to satisfy everyone from a wide variety of nationalities and cultures. I had The Journey spa service with Blessing. Blessing was a blessing. The spa treatment was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again on my next trip to Accra. The staff was always courteous and polite. There were very minor things that I mentioned to the management when I was there: 1. The room temp was set to 16.4C (61F) and the room was freezing. It took a couple of days to heat up. 2. Housekeeping wasn't always consistent. I had turndown service 1 night of the seven I was there. I would leave towels to be replaced, sometimes they were, sometimes they weren't. 3. Late checkout is $150 until 6pm. They gave another member in my group complimentary late checkout until 4. When my friend asked about it, she was rejected and told the fee is $150. Overall, those were very minor complaints and this is a must stay hotel.

Kempinski is undoubtedly the best! Beautiful surroundings and yummy breakfast! Reuben at the front desk gave a cool reception. The breakfast was sumptuous and it was a delight to be there. We had a great time! And hope to visit again. Thank you so much:)

I went to the Kempinski Spa on the 2nd floor for a pedicure and manicure. Originally there were no appointments but Nagru who was on reception told me he would contact me if there was a cancellation. He eventually found me in the gym having searched the hotel. 5 stars for him for effort. Gloria did my treatments. Very professional service and great results. Rita at reception on leaving was extremely professional and courteous as well. Overall could not have been better. Well done the three of you. I will be back.

I hate that I come every week and they don’t have a rewards program for regular customers to use. I come to use the wet room it’s 700 GHC I have been here 3 weeks straight and it’s always the same price. It’s all about customer service However overall excellent facility, and great customer service. Love it
