Las habitaciones y espacios comunes muy limpios, el personal es atento y amable. Está muy bien ubicado hay cerca zona Av. Costera, Playas, supermercados, papelerías, ferreterías. Puede ser para visita en familia o de negocios, tiene estacionamiento.

el lugar es muy agradable cuenta con todo lo necesario, el personal muy eficiente y las instalaciones muy limpias lo único que no me agrado fue el cojín sentía el relleno con bolas pero para la siguiente estancia llevare el mío.
Queda aproximadamente de 6 a 7 cuadras a la playa Icacos, esta cerca de varios establecimientos de comida y supermercado
