I had to leave my car several times outside the hotel parking lot because there was no space and I am supposed to be paying for that service as well because
there was a legion of Telmex workers at the hotel. I think that management should have put things in order and delimited a specific area for these workers and not left the problem in the hands of regular customers because if you wanted to arrive late to the hotel you ran the risk
of there being no parking space and the hotel has a sign saying that it is not responsible for damage to cars or theft. Well, imagine! The hotel beach was not available. That is understandable. What is not understood is the lack of security at the hotel because there were people swimming on the beach with all the damage to the boats there and people drinking and honking in the pools, which is supposed to be prohibited, etc. Etc. etc., in addition to thieving kids who got on the destroyed boats.
