Molto pulito e curato, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, sempre sorridenti. Vista mozzafiato. Pulizia in camera due volte alla settimana, ricambio di asciugamani e lenzuola fantastico. Bagnino in piscina sempre attento

I booked this hotel direct through Ona Hotels website where you get the best deal I think. For what I paid it was excellent value for money, where everything you need for self catering is there. Room is very clean and the 2 bedroom apartments are very spacious. Perfect for a budget friendly break. The resort itself is pretty hilly so if you have mobility issues this would be a challenge. Gigantes is a lovely little fishing village and some lovely restaurants, there’s not a hugh amount to do however there is a good bus service literally outside the door which can take you to all the other resorts including Siam Park. Overall I would recommend if you’re looking for a quiet break away from it all, and excellent value for money.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento molto spazioso con due camere da letto, cucina e due bagni. L’appartamento era pulito e ben tenuto, con pulizie e cambio lenzuola ogni due giorni. Molto comodo anche il terrazzo privato, attrezzato con ombrellone e lettini, perfetto per rilassarsi. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per chi cerca un po’ di pace. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi in circa 5 minuti. Dall’altra parte della strada c’è una bella piscina, facilmente raggiungibile anche tramite un tunnel sotterraneo. Lo staff della reception, è stato sempre gentile ed educato. Unico punto negativo: l’hotel non ha parcheggio e trovare posto nelle vicinanze, soprattutto la sera, non è sempre facile. E un punto migliorabile è il ristorante, che non ci ha colpiti particolarmente. La colazione offre due opzioni principali (continental o english), oppure si può ordinare qualcosa dal menu à la carte. Nel complesso siamo stati bene e torneremmo volentieri!

Check in was seamless and the new reception bright and welcoming. Big shout to the restaurant team, Jose, Loude, Casieno (forgive my spelling) and Mikey the new addition. The refurbishment is excellent and the food equally good with the updated menu but still having some old favourites,my husband is very particular about his filet steak but was cooked to perfection.

Abbiamo soggiornato un grazioso appartamento di due camere con un bagno molto spazioso ed un bellissimo terrazzino arredato con lettini e tavolo e vista sull'oceano dal quale si godono spettacolari tramonti. La cucina è molto ben accessoriata e sono disponibili anche vari elettrodomenstici. La colazione in hotel è servita al tavolo e si può scegliere fra varie composizioni, è comunque abbastanza buona ed in quantità sufficiente, il cameriere che ci serviva è stato gentilissimo malgrado fosse da solo, gli orari invece possono risultare scomodi per i mattinieri perché non si può fare colazione prima delle 9 del mattino, ne giovano in compenso i tiratardi perché è disponibile fino alle 12! L'hotel dispone anche di una piscina, un ristorante ed altri servizi che però non abbiamo utilizzato. Nei dintorni si trova facilmente parcheggio, almeno nel mese di aprile, c'è un grande supermercato e vari ristoranti. Una buona soluzione adatta a famiglie o gruppi di amici.

Called in for dinner even though we were not resident at the hotel. We shared a prawn cocktail starter and had mains of a delicious shank of lamb and a pork chop covered in sliced apple and baked in a gorgeous honey and mustard sauce. We had a beer, a soft drink and 2 deserts of cheese cake and creme caramel, all for a very reasonable €63.

Ona El Marques
Have been going to Ona El Marques for a number of years now. Lovely complex and have recently had some refurbishments such as new restaurant and reception area. Gives the complex a much fresher and modern look. The apartments are nice but are in need up some updating,especially the bathrooms, would be nice to have walk in shower. However we thoroughly enjoy our stay each year.

This is a place we have been coming to for several yeas, and we would always try to come here every trip to Tenerife. From the cleaners to the receptionists and those working in the bar they are all extremely friendly and helpful. We are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of holiday makers to have a very relaxing break evey ime we come. Keep it up :)
