Notre voyagiste nous avait réservé 2 nuits, mais à notre arrivée les portes étaient clauses, numéro de téléphone plus d'abonné. Site internet HS , on a klaxonner, rien non plus. Au bout d'une heure nous avons tenté d'ouvrir le portail de l'extérieur et après avoir cherché nous sommes tombé sur une seule personne qui avec un sourire gêné nous explique qu'il ya personnes que le restaurant est fermé, pas d'explication pour la fermeture des portes ni de réponse au tel et site internet coupé. Je vous laisse voir les photos de la réalité de l'établissement qui n'a rien à voir avec ce qu'on trouve sur les sites de réservation

Solo conocí a 2 trabajadores. El peor servicio No hay hielo para tomarte agua fria. Regaderas con Agua Fría Las almohadas estan muy incomodas La haciendo esta muy bonita, lastima que tiraron este gran lugar al a basura, realmente, no lo recomiendo... aplica mucho mas un hotel ONE.

El lugar es precioso, y la boda fue perfecta x los invitados, ya q el personal literal te decía eso no me toca o simplemente te ignoraban. Habitación con fuga de agua y la respuesta fue: por eso se le puso un tapete ( era una toalla de mano al rededor del wc) de caras largas te sirven el desayuno etc.

Nice hacienda in the middle of the jungle. The rooms are not luxurious but clean and comfortable. The pool is nice. The food from the restaurant is not remarkable, they have very limited operation hours and aren't punctual. Bring some water or snacks with you, there are no stores nor more restaurants nearby. This place is a good option if you want to disconnect from everything and like to walk in the jungle in the trials behind the hotel or just sit to relax in the common areas. Wifi available but not in all areas.

Get away and relax
Beautiful, rustic, and very relaxing. Get away from it all for a few days and let yourself be pampered by the sounds of nature, the hospitable staff, and the excellent food.
Note: if a TV is a must, then maybe not the stay for you. No TV in the room. However, we enjoyed not having a TV and minimal wifi. We connected as a couple and truly took a break from the devices.

Hacienda Yabucu was a lovely one night stay for our family. The grounds are beautful and well kept. We enjoyed the pool and a bike ride around the area to see the monkeys etc. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the experience.

El personal muy amable, instalaciones limpias y cuidadas, bonita decoración. Buena ubicación , cerca de muchísimos cenotes.
Nos hospedamos 2 noches , fue incómodo que solo haya un restaurante por que coincidimos con un par de grupos grandes de huéspedes , u se vuelve muy ruidoso el lugar. Fuera de eso es una excelente opción para hospedarse.
