I will start by acknowledging that the facilities are great and there is a top-notch gym facility too. However, save for a few of the receptionists, most of the other staff, especially a lady at their restaurant, were unprofessional and saucy in their conduct with guests, a fact my other colleagues at the business engagement also alluded to. The power situation is also annoyingly frustrating, as power would go on and off for over 6 to 8 times daily throughout our one-week stay.

I really enjoyed the services. An exceptional experience. Very satisfying. Very efficient and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend for any one looking for a comfortable, convenient stay in the city

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. So horrible. My Goodness!!!! The do not even deserve one star, just negative stars. There’s always so much noise especially on the even wing. From water tankers offloading, to diesel tanks, to generators. At 6am, HK would start pushing their metal trolleys around wit rickety sound interrupting your sleep, some heavy whooshing sound I can’t even explain. You can literally hear noise from the next room and hallway. No soundproof whatsoever. My engagement for my entire stay here was i boardroom 3, my goodness, the worst. You’re having intense deliberations and the next thing, you hear heavy pounding. Don’t get me started on their meal selections. Horrible. Goodness! Same thing you had at lunch would be re-served for dinner with little or no change. Elevators as tiny as a mini cube which obviously can’t fit more than 4 people at once, this hotel claims 630kg, 8 persons. A joke! I had the absolute worst experience here.
