First of all, I would like to say the service from club lounge was very nice. All the staff there are friendly and helpful.
However, the service from the reception on the lobby floor was awful and could be considered as a total mess. They didn’t let me checkin at the club lounge and asked me to wait for 5 min to start the checkin procedure on the lobby floor.
And the worst part is they arranged me on the smoking floor l, however, I booked the non smoking floor. Until I noticed and asked them to change the room for me, I waited for 2 hours totally! And that’s even after I urged them twice.
And after I checked out at club lounge, the receptionist from the lobby floor still tried to call me. For what? checkout?!
All in all, everyone from the hotel was slow, even the laundry guy. I waited for the laundry guy to pick my clothes up for 40 minutes! And waited for the laundry guy to return my clothes for another 30 min!!!

During the Spring Festival trip to Dubai, I booked this hotel in Abu Dhabi as my second stop. I was attracted by the Thai style and hoped to have Thai food. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed. The food was mainly Arabic. Fortunately, the house and hotel facilities were good, but the swimming pool was a little small.

The room was spacious and clean. The doorman still greeted me warmly when I arrived at the hotel on my early morning flight. The breakfast was rich and delicious as it is said to be. It is a very cost-effective hotel in Abu Dhabi.

The hotel is new and clean, and the environment and rooms are comfortable. The only drawback is that there is no shopping mall nearby, so shopping and dining require taking a bus to a nearby shopping mall, but the overall performance is quite excellent.
