The high ratings come mainly from the white sand beach and jelly sea, as well as the swimming pool with direct access to the beach. It is a very good resort hotel in Abu Dhabi, but it is a bit familiar with the Sanya hotel 😂
The guests are mostly white people, sunbathing on the beach and swimming pool. The service is so-so, and they are responsive to requests, but there is no free toiletries as other guests said. They also checked in and only gave fruits without welcome cakes.
One thing to complain about is that the shower area is completely unseparated from the bedroom. Once you take a shower, the bathroom floor is completely wet and there is a risk of flooding the bedroom 😂
The breakfast is not as amazing as the online reviews. There are not many varieties and there is no Asian carbon water rice noodles and meat (only some sashimi and ham, etc.), compared with the Grand Hyatt I stayed in before.

В отеле уже 4 раз. И каждый раз удивляют! Сервис улучшается из года в год. В номерах появились пляжные сумки и сланцы. Уборка 2 раза в день, вечером приносят ведерко со льдом, тарелку фруктов. Пляж великолепен, как всегда! Отличные лежаки на очень большом расстоянии друг от друга, что редко где можно встретить. Кухня- выше всяких похвал! Уровень-высочайший! Приедем в пятый раз!
