The key disadvantage is the inconsistency of information: on the website and in the application it is stated that the hotel has two swimming pools and both pools are included in our rate: outdoor and indoor, but the administrator told us that the pool is only open, and they do not have an indoor pool for free access ( for an additional fee there is a swimming pool in the spa area). It was disappointing, because we initially chose this hotel based on the important criterion for us: “two swimming pools.” Also listed in the “amenities” is “golf course” and “squash”, but we didn’t find anything like that nearby, although we searched and checked, but unfortunately no one gave us information about the location of these activities.
The air conditioner in the room was leaking, once the workers even came in to fix it, but it still continued to leak onto the floor.
Otherwise, everything else is at a high level: a clean outdoor pool, delicious varied breakfasts, high-quality cleaning of the premises, a beach area (though sometimes with jellyfish, but what can you do), an excellent balcony: chairs, a table. Clean and nice place.
I would also like to note that the location relative to the stop is not very convenient - it’s far away and there are no sidewalks for pedestrians, somehow in the heat we got to the stop, but the bus never arrived, it runs very rarely. There is no air conditioning at the stop, it is very stuffy, so we called a taxi. Please take this point into account when checking in.
