The legendary eight-star palace hotel is indeed luxurious! There is a golden and luxurious style everywhere. The hotel is too big. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the room to the lobby and the restaurant. I got lost several times. The courtyard view room I stayed in has direct access to the beach. The room is large, the bedding is comfortable, and the backrest is fully wrapped in leather. The worst thing is that I found that the shower gel could not be squeezed out when I took a shower. It seemed that the bottle was empty; the drain of the large bathtub failed to store water and waterproof, so the picture was taken when the worker came to repair it. There was also an Asian receptionist at the front desk when checking in. He did not provide a welcome gift. In fact, the foreign lady next to him was already pouring tea and preparing towels and tea trays, but I don’t know if the male receptionist was really negligent or treated differently. I can only laugh here. The restaurant service is good, and the waiters are of high quality.

The hotel provides many children's play facilities, such as camel riding, bicycles, small water parks and sea sports. The hotel covers a large area and has a complete range of service facilities. The service is warm, detailed and thoughtful. The hotel is luxurious and has many restaurants. You can enjoy food from all over the world without leaving the hotel. How to say it, the Eight-Star Palace Hotel is well-known, but it is not as good as the reputation. The room we stayed in was quite new, unlike some reviews that the room facilities were old. The hotel environment, beach pool, restaurant and various public areas were also very beautiful. What I want to complain about most is the front desk of the hotel. They are very lazy and casual. They will not take the initiative to introduce or tell you whether there is a buffet tonight (only on weekends) and other restaurants need to be booked before going. As a result, we didn't have dinner after 9 o'clock that night, and they registered the wrong number of people for our meal package. I had to go to the front desk to argue with them again. The hotel is very large and it took more than ten minutes to walk around. I complained to their front desk manager, and he just said a few words of apology to you in a formal way, and then there was no more. The attitude and coordination ability of the front desk are very problematic. Before I went there, I told us that one of us happened to have a birthday, and the hotel also replied that they would send a small cake. I also reminded them when I checked in, but no one remembered to send it to us. Several European beauties at the front desk were quite enthusiastic, but it was embarrassing to have two Asian faces. Other security guards, room service staff, and many waiters in the restaurant were good.

Although the hotel is old, the rooms are super new and clean, and the public areas are well maintained. The service is first-class, the breakfast is delicious, and dinner is also very good at a restaurant called American and French. I booked two rooms, and the middle door opened to make it a connecting room, which is great
