From the beginning of check-in, they did not receive the same welcome gift as other guests, nor did they explain the hotel facilities and restaurant reservation system. Everything must be discovered by yourself. What's even more funny is that when I checked in, I was told that the hotel was fully booked, so congratulations to me for upgrading my room. The double bed room I booked was successfully "upgraded" to a standard room. I was so angry that I refused directly. Then after two minutes, I said, congratulations on finding the last king-size bed room for me. I was speechless. . . Then I booked a restaurant to eat, and they put me at the table at the entrance of the restaurant. It was said that it was full. I called the manager directly, and then immediately said that there were four tables for me to choose from. I started scolding you, weren't you a minute ago? Did you say "full house"? The service is even worse. I have to wait 20 minutes to deliver anything to the room. It takes half an hour to send luggage. When I go to have breakfast, the manager nods and bows to white people, but turns a blind eye to Asian faces. Is this prosopagnosia? I rarely review hotels, but this time I couldn't stand it. When I checked out, I called their manager and started scolding him from all directions. I told him the truth, don't bully Chinese people just because they don't speak English. Hospitality etiquette and being at home are the most basic respect. I will never stay here again, but I hope this scolding can be a stepping stone for future Chinese people to stay here!

Since it was my birthday on the day of check-in, the hotel arranged many special activities. The receptionist personally introduced the entire hotel to me. When I arrived in the room, balloons were specially arranged, and free cakes and chocolates were given. The atmosphere was full of sense. The unique blue scallops of Oriental Mandarin reflected the full sense of design everywhere. The hotel was really like a maze when I first came. It took more than an hour to walk through the hotel on both sides of the east and west wings. We booked a garden view room, which is actually very close to the beach. The private beach coastline is nearly 2 kilometers long, and there are several mini ocean worlds and mini rafting. It is no problem to play for 3 hours. In September, the sun sets and watching the sunset on the beach and drinking drinks is very pleasant even in the off-season. We had dinner at Episode restaurant, and were given a birthday cake. The atmosphere was full under the pink cherry blossom trees, and the gold foil coffee was also in this cafe. Their breakfast buffet is also quite luxurious. It is one of the few hotels I have seen that has breakfast until 11 o'clock. Don't go too close to the end time, or you will need to wait for a waiter to take your seat. I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes before entering. It was a bit hot during the off-season, but there were few people, the price-performance ratio was very high, and the service was quite good! !

This time I had a very bad experience staying at the Mandarin Oriental Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi. First of all, when I arrived at the hotel, there was no staff to help with my luggage. The man ignored the woman who was traveling with me and took the heavy luggage out of the car, but no staff helped and turned a blind eye! Then it was time to check in. After waiting for a long time, it was understandable that there were so many people. The garden king room we booked was told that it only had twin beds. We were also highly recommended to get a room on the second floor. We had no choice but to choose the second floor for the big bed. But we found out The room type on the second floor is cheaper than the room type we originally booked. Next, countless ants appeared on the bedside table in the middle of the night. We didn't eat anything. There are photos for example. My colleague was bitten. It took a long time and we had to catch a flight very late the next day. Finally, the decoration started at 8 o'clock the next morning. It was very noisy. It was really exaggerated that it was in the next room, drilling into the wall with a drill. It was the first time that this happened to me in so many hotels. I was speechless! I talked to the front desk when I checked out, but the other person just smiled politely and didn't handle it properly at all. Ctrip’s butler service is very good! Very proactive in solving problems
