Staff were really friendly and hotel overall was great. However, I will say that the service was appalling. Particularly the room service. Several times over several days, I had called up as not mugs were put in the room, radio didn’t work, no spoons/stirers were there (for example), but no one came. Two times I had to go down to the desk and ask personally and other times, I just forgot about it. This is just a few issues we had.
My thoughts and opinions were shared with staff on checkout and an apology was given, but a good will gesture would have been nice, particularly since I had a list of bad experiences.

Very good hotel, clean, good service, convenient parking. The curly-haired lady at the front desk also upgraded the room. The waiter who helped with the luggage was very enthusiastic. Facing the sea, the sea view in the morning is so beautiful. Recommended to friends who are going to Abu Dhabi

The location of the hotel is OK, but the facilities are old. Two lights were broken and I couldn't turn them off. Finally, I called an engineer to turn off the main switch. The main point is that the sound insulation is very poor. The two rooms are connected, and the sound insulation with the corridor is also very poor. I had to wear earplugs to sleep both nights. Check-in is very slow. I arrived at the hotel at 2 o'clock and waited until 4:30 before a room was available. The floor tiles at the entrance and the bathroom looked very dirty. The towels were also very old and had obvious stains on them that were not cleaned. Even the windows and the outer walls were so dirty, it was indeed a five-star floor.
