good and tasty breakfasts (cost - 49 aed), lunches (40 aed), dinners (45 aed) in the form of a buffet, or in the form of a classic menu
spacious rooms that are cleaned every day
15 minutes walk to the clean Cornishe beach. Nearby there are a lot of supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies. There are rooms for smokers.
On the very top floor, where the cafe is, there is a swimming pool and a fitness room.

I had an amazing stay at Oryx! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail—everything from the amenities to the room service was top-notch.

We had to drag our bags to the room ourselves.
There were no slippers in the room. The soap was in bars and not liquid!
There was no third bed. We had to ask for it.
There were no dishes in the room. The kitchen was very cheap, an old iron sink, an old refrigerator. The room needs renovation. No Russian TV.
The windows were dirty. The balcony door did not open well. The air conditioning system, the control unit was mechanical, like in the 90s.
The girl at the reception was very polite and nice.
The breakfasts were good. The coffee was bad.
The pool closed early at 18-00!

Excellent hotel. Almost five stars. Very tasty and varied breakfasts. Bed linen is perfectly clean and white, changed every day, as are hygiene products. Very polite and smiling staff. Very close to the Union metro station. Very convenient to get to any area.

The hotel is old for a 4 star. The breakfast is pretty fair too. Free valet parking was a very nice point. Friendly staff.
