This was our second visit. An absolutely beautiful hotel with a luxurious feel to it. The beach is fantastic, with the sea being better than the Caribbean!! The beach bar has just had new furniture and has a DJ at sunset which is lovely to go and listen to. Everyone works tirelessly throughout the day and cannot do enough for you. All staff go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay possible. Check-In was very quick and smooth. We stayed in a Garden room, it was a great size and very quiet, the bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom includes a ‘decent’ hairdryer which was a huge bonus for us! Special mention to Benjane who kept our room spotless and was always very friendly and happy to see us. The pool area is always very clean and easy to get sunbeds. Each sunbed has a buzzer you press and a waiter on roller skates comes and takes your order. A special mention to Aly who was always very friendly. Eflabera, who is absolutely fantastic! She remembered us from last year, very kind and great service! KB was also great, especially at breakfast always remembering our drinks. There are also sunbeds in the pool which we loved, perfect way to relax and cool down. Unfortunately a big let down for us this year around the pool was the number of unsupervised children. Last year there was a strict rule about no lilos or splashing, however this doesn’t seem to be the case this year and did put a dampener on the holiday. For a 5* hotel, it needs an adults only pool, there were many of times we got splashed! There are plenty of sports to be doing throughout the day, should you wish, with some great aqua classes. All sports staff are very friendly. We really enjoyed morning paddle boarding with Kaan who looked after us well. Ramazan was very supportive at the ice bath retreat, we also applaud him for encouraging people to partake in sporting activities but not being too pushy!! Both these guys work hard in setting up all sporting activities. Food was delicious, we would recommend paying and going to the teppanyaki, a really great experience! Chefs are very interactive and incredible food. Our only comment on the restaurants is the fact that the buffet opens at 7pm, this is later than all other restaurants and seems rather late, especially if you have children! We would definitely recommend this hotel!
