InterContinental Hotels Residences Abu Dhabi

I have stayed here many times since it opened and prior to that for many years at its sister hotel. The ambience is gentle serenity with very high levels of service and attention to detail. The staff are all amazing, but special thanks to Anis (concierge) who seems to be ever present! He is quietly efficient, calm and knowledgeable and no task is too small. Anis is, in my opinion, an exemplary member of the Residence's staff and I hope his career progression will get swift, it will be well deserved. Thank you Anis.

Not long ago, I had the extraordinary opportunity of spending some time at the Intercontinental Residence and I dare say that my experience was nothing short of amazing. On the first day, Mica who was at the reception was very welcoming and her warm greetings made the check in process easy. I really liked how she approached me because I was a little lost and with unmanageable luggage full of requests. Last but not least, Anis the bell boy also deserves a special thanks as he assisted the most with my luggage and helped me with the local area. Jr bell boy was so kind and quick that my things were all collected back in seconds. The room was great – spacious enough to make me easily forget all the stresses of the previous day, stylishly designed and most importantly clean. The residence is ideally located and offers easy access to the various attractions in the vicinity of the residence yet within so much peace and quiet. In conclusion, I can say that my experience at the Intercontinental Residence was above all expectations thanks to the services of Mica and Anis, who are a great asset to the residence. This residence is recommended for all who want comfort, luxury and wonderful hospitality. This place, I presume I am looking forward to encore.

Not long ago, I had the occasion to sojourn at Intercontinental Residences Abu Dhabi and this was the most significant vacation. The rooms are spacious and modern, and offer great views, which helps to relax a lot. The in-room facilities are very good and cater for the needs of the guests. They are very responsive and pay great attention to details even for minor requests. Their politeness and the welcoming nature of the staff made the vacation even more pleasant. Thank you for both of you Mica and Zakariaa. Everything is outstanding, from the calm area with the pool and the fitness center to the restaurants with the food of excellent quality and many varieties. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is close to all sights of the city, and still rather quiet and luxurious. Anyone who wants to reach Intercontinental Residences for the premium experience in Abu Dhabi should definitely do so. It is a first class business hotel which does not matter if for business or holiday.

My friends and I decided to book one night to different hotels but when we tried to stay here we cancelled our bookings to other hotel and stayed from the rest of our vacation here it is definitely one of the best decision this hotel is very nice and new . Staffs are superb! Beach is very chic and we cannot wait to comeback for longer. Nice to meet ms mica and anis every morning

The newest residence in Abu dhabi! It's luxurious and new! Apartments in a modern style with the super calming view of abu dhabi my family likes this residence they have the best team all of the staffs is very nice and friendly with the rooms manager raouf with their beautiful reception mica thank you guys we are going to come back soon
