This hotel is more than we expected compared to the price. The front desk also upgraded the suite. The hotel is very Arabic-style and very close to the Presidential Palace. It is only a few minutes' walk to the Presidential Palace. It is very convenient. The hotel restaurant is also very good. I will stay here next time.

But after staying there, I want to say that I am ready to become a regular customer of this hotel. We really liked everything!!! The most spacious room, excellent service, delicious breakfasts, heated pool, private beach, the location of the hotel, although it is far away, but in such a beautiful place! And the view of the sunrise from the window of our room left none of us indifferent.
Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely come back to you. It was not for nothing that I forgot my glasses at your place 😅

Very good hotel, excellent service. Own beach, sun loungers, shade, towels. Just don't understand why they turn on music at 9am on the beach, it's not a disco. You can make it quieter or not turn it on at all

The hotel is old and the sanitation is not very good. The service is OK, but it doesn't add points to the travel experience. I stayed here because I wanted to take a bird's-eye view of the Presidential Palace and the Crown Hotel opposite. Unfortunately, the windows were too dirty to take photos. The view was not very good.

I booked 2 room types due to the discount and had to check in twice. I had to pay extra to upgrade one of the room types to a double suite. When I walked in, it smelled very old. There was no plug at the bedside and the bedside lamp was easily hit by the design. Reasonable and the toiletries are comparable to those of a fast hotel. The only advantage is that the sea view and lobby are pretty. I didn’t go to the beach, but the Grand Hyatt looks better from upstairs.
