Black mold on the bed sheets!! Hotel staff was rude and did not assist with this major health concern. After informing the hotel front desk about the black mold I left the property to return 12 hrs later now 1:30am and the room still had the same sheet on the bed.

Not clean. Poor breakfast choices even if it was light breakfast. Would not suggest staying at this location. Only positive thing was location

Where do I begin.. For starters the check in process took forever and when it was finally my turn the service was rushed and mediocre. When I finally made it to my room I noticed all the lights in the room flickers. I began to get ready for bed and went to hop right in the shower but couldn’t because the bathtub was dirty. I went to the phone to call the front desk but the phone had no dial tone because it wasn’t even connected. I had to look up the number on my cellphone to reach the front desk. Once I got in touch with someone about my dirty bathroom and replied that everyone in housekeeping was on break (at 11pm) and that he would have to come up himself. When he arrived to my room he told me that the bathroom wasn’t dirty and that I just had to let the water run to rinse off the “dust”. During my stay the phone wasn’t never fixed, my bathroom was never clean, and my lights never stopped flickering (and yes I complained about all these things). Finally, it was time to check out and it was yet another fiasco. I came downstairs about 20 minutes before check out time and was greeting my the clerk and another guest fighting and screaming at each other. This all lasted about 15 minutes. When it was my turn the clerk completely dismissed me, snatched the keycard and told me “that’s it good day” I wish I had seem a review like this one before I booked here. Please stay away and spend your money somewhere else.
