設施：設施不算新，但基本還算夠用，就是洗澡水流不大 衞生：衞生還可以 環境：環境比較好，六樓頂樓有個餐廳，可以看看大海 服務：服務很好，還可以免費寄行李👍🏻

Je donne mon avis pour aider tripvasor à se faire une idée. Hôtel vétuste petit déjeuner limité La douche de la salle de bain n’est pas digne d’un hôtel avec ses accessoires et ses produits Le personnel est sympathique la terrasse magnifique Tout le reste est à refaire

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel ad Agosto, la stanza pulita e grande. Avevamo un piccolo disimpegno, bagno, camera da letto ed un salottino. Lo staff gentile e molto disponibile. La colazione viene effettuata su una terrazza panoramica sul mare. L'Hotel è situato a ridosso delle spiagge ed in posizione centralissima. Aspetto da migliorare per l'albergo, secondo me, è la presenza della moquette ed un colazione non all'altezza di un 4 Stelle. Avendo letto recensioni precedenti sulla difficoltà di parcheggio, consiglio il parcheggio custodito della Stazione Ferroviaria di Pescara, economico e non tanto distante dall'Hotel

Struttura bellissima, camere grandi e confortevoli. Oltretutto abbiamo avuto anche l’onore della camera con balcone con vista piazza e spiaggia. Tutto bellissimo.

Arrivée : attention ⚠️ pas de parking et rien à proximité Office : assez bien reçu mais le personnel à un uniforme tellement vieux qu'il se détérioré Chambre : chambre très grande avec des plafonds de 5m de haut, TV toute petite de piètre qualité. Salle de bain grande avec baignoire mais aucun tirage d'eau juste un petit filet d'eau tombe de la douche. Literie très bonne. Pescara est une très jolie ville vraiment très belle avec des gens extrêmement accueillants

Posizione splendida sul lungomare principale di Pescara. Struttura da ristrutturare... La stanza veniva direttamente dagli anni 70 insieme alle macchie della sua moquette. Bella la colazione in terrazza, ma qualità del cibo e del servizio scadenti.. 3 bollini e non 2 per il personale di reception gentilissimo. Parcheggio con 4 posti auto (non è per modo di dire, sono 4 davvero)

Ho soggiornato per lavoro in questo hotel a seguito di un invito. Struttura vecchia ,trascurata e sporca: moquette nella camera consumata, infissi vecchi e aria condizionata non funzionante. Se in Italia funzionasse veramente il sistema di classificazione a stelle il livello di questo hotel sarebbe di due stelle inferiore.Peccato per il personale, mediamente gentile, e costretto a lavorare in condizioni poco invidiabili. Wi-Fi lentissimo. Prodotti per il bagno di bassa qualità. Bella terrazza ristorante,qualità del cibo appena sufficiente. Da rifare completamente.

I was a guest of this imposing structure on the occasion of a work conference. The location is enviable, facing the sea and a few hundred meters from the train station. Unfortunately, externally, the state of the building is rather neglected, almost a ghost of the glories of the past. The spacious rooms have rather worn and stained carpets, rather old-fashioned fixtures, with shutters that do not always work. The furnishings are vintage style, but in a decent condition, the bathroom with tub, without a waterproof and watertight glass. The rooms are clean, like the bed and bathroom linen. The structure offers a standard courtesy kit, and despite the fixtures the room is absolutely silent. The must of the hotel is the terrace on the sixth floor where the breakfast area is located and it is possible to have a view of the Pescara beach from above. Sore point, an insufficient number of staff for customer service (1), the limited offer and variety of breakfast (both sweet and savory). Perhaps what was once a flagship for the Pescara accommodation facilities, today appears only as a fallen nobleman.
