when we arrived after a long day of travel the hotel needed permission from trip to book our room. they said they would call and never did and it caused us to pay for a new hotel someplace else! extremely frustrated and dissatisfied! now we're out over $100 for a hotel we weren't even allowed to check into

The room was absolutely great! Recently renovated, very upscale for this price point. The lobby and elevator are still being renovated, however the room more than made up for that. The night clerk's name was Janelle and she was very sweet and efficent, after a long day of travel. The morning lady "Gaby" was also very good and helpful!

Front desk was very friendly. Hotel was updated and well decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Would go back.

They were doing construction in the lobby, which was the equivalent of 2 rooms down from me. I was trying to take a nap, but was awakened to the noise of an air compressor. The second night there, the guest in the room next to me (who Imlayer.fpund out eas.one of the construction workers doing remodeling at the hotel) had their TV up so loud I could tell what they were watching. The man then proceeded to have a phone conversation, which I could plainly hear every word he was saying. Perhaps not his fault, maybe the walks are thin, but I can say I didn't have the same noise issue with the guests who stayed in that room the previous night. I had to ask to switch rooms. Because I needed an accessible room, I was placed on the first floor, which is where the construction workers were being housed. By the time I got everything moved to a different room down the hall, the man next to me in my original room stopped making noise and suddenly the tv in the room next to my new room was turned up, despite it being quiet when I initially went to check out the new room. I was on the same wing as the construction workers, so the noise level next to my new room felt retaliatory. The construction workers also blocked the front drop-off area, making it very difficult to maneuver my vehicle to pick up and drop off my disabled parents at the front door in the area that was supposed to be designated for just that. The parking lot was riddled with large potholes. The continental breakfast food was precooked and lukewarm. The only good thing about the hotel was that the rooms were recently updated and the desk attendant was very accommodating. I intend to contact the corporate office when I return home about the lack of regard that the construction staff working at the hotel had for the paying guests.

Property was under construction but was tidy. Room had long hairs on the bathroom floor near the baseboard, the water pressure was horrible, and there was a tiny hair on my washcloth that grossed me out. Breakfast was fried potatoes and sausage patties. No other pre-made hot food. The guest that shared a wall with me was SO LOUD, talking/yelling on his speaker phone after 11:30 p.m. Fun night. I realize the hotel had very little control over the last inconvenience. It was a place to lay my head and the bed seemed clean.
