There are several cottages and lakeshore saunas in the area. Distance from the cottage to the neighbour cottage is 100 m, distance from the lakeshore sauna to the neighbour cottage is 40 m. Heater as electric heating. Cottage stands on top of rather high bedrock, from which view towards Mynälahti bay. Separate sauna building on shore, also sauna in basement, terrace, room with fireplace and bedroom with extra sleeping space for 2 persons. There is a cottage road between the cottage and lakeshore sauna. Access to the lakeshore sauna is by the road. Cottage swimming shore is not the best for small children, but there is a shore suitable for children nearby.Louhisaari Manor (Field Marshal Mannerheim’s birthplace) 1.2 km, summer restaurant 1.2 km, Naantali and Moominworld 20 km. Waterfowl shooting possible in autumn by arrangement.The owner does not rent outboard motor, but client can bring his own. Client can also bring his own boat; there is boat landing place in the area.

The rooms were very fresh and newly renovated. The location was perfect, as local as it can get. The check in and out was easy. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed on one of the most busy nights in Turku on a student event, and the hotel was fully booked- we thought it would be noisy at night but we did not hear any noises to our room. Extremely pleasant stay.

28 km north-east of Turku, Korpilampi pond 15 m (length 25 m, width 12 m), deep, soft mud bottom (pond with cold water), own boat. Log cottage 1993, kitchen, living room bed/sofa, 2 sleeping alcoves 2 beds in each, low sleeping loft for children 2 mattresses, dressing room 1 extra bed, sauna, open porch. Water in the tap contains iron and in despite of filter system it occasionally causes smell/taste into water. Water is examined and safe to use, but client can bring drinking water along.Log cottage on shore of forest pool, very peaceful location, neighbours not visible.Please, notice that grill is charcoal grill and you should bring charcoal and lighting fluid with you.Nearby, 600 m away, is a lean-to (on owner's land), to which trips can be made. Nearby also Kuhankuono and Kurjenrahka nature reserves. City of Turku sights 25 km!Check in/out Friday.

Inexpensive and good location

Fist of all check-in was poorly organized. When we arrived to hotel we had to call for a number shown in the door and then they gave us code for door. After that we had to choose key for our room from the counter. I think this way was not safe at all. At our visit we didin't meet staff at all. Our room was super tiny. We had two backpacks and even those didn't fit anywhere but we had to leave it in the middle of floor and jump over them every time we went to toilet etc. Room temperature was very high. It was hot outside but even hotter in the room. Corners were full of dust. And bathroom had lots of mold in the walls. Bed were really old and too soft, we both had backpain in the morning. Also there were no soundproof so you could here steps from next room etc. How ever, even when there were this much negativity I would say that in this hotel you can sleep one night 👍 At The time we were on our trip, this was the cheapest hotel in Turku.
