Would have given it 5 stars for convenience & cleanliness & quietness, but the fact that they charge $7 to park is ridiculous!!! It's not in the downtown area (which would be the only justification to pay for parking) & their parking lot is big enough to accommodate 2 cars per guestroom. This is pure greed on ownership's part & we will not stay there again because of it!

Came to town to go to the Barter theater, which is a short drive from this hotel on Main Street. I’ve been a Marriott gold member for more years than I can remember. With that. As context, they wanted me to BUY water! They acted like they were doing me a favor by “upgrading” my room. The management is just silly, breakfast was very nice with little omelets and even gluten free bread but I’m still getting over the water. Anyway, there’s plenty of other places to stay, close by, and the management team here is just lacking in hospitality. I don’t think you get that in a class.

I had confirmed reservation for two queen beds. Was told none were available and I had to get one King bed. My husband and I are both restless sleepers so I had specifically wanted two beds. They said because I had booked through a third-party. I was at the bottom of the totem pole and FA Fairfield member wanted that queen room they would get it. I was not happy. They did reluctantly give me my confirmed price. Also, I counted 22 outlets in the room, but I could not find one USB port in the king suite and sadly did not have my adapter with me.

Realize there is a $7.00 parking fee per room charge - so if you travel with coworkers - (1 car- multiple rooms) realize you all will be charged - so decide who gets to expense it - since corporate bean counters won’t let everyone to charge it off. So minus $7 off your expenses - to stay. Parking lot does look recently paved.
