Su For the price of the room, I found that not having soap available was ridiculous. Also the fact that the lobby did not have any hot coffee available was a poor condition.

Don’t waste your money. Well, we got our room, proceeded un pack and go to the bathroom. There were hairs on the sink hairs in the shower and the glass doors. I don’t think it ever been cleaned. Got to look closer at the comforter on the bed and it looks like there was a wrestling match was performed on it. It was all awry. I don’t think the floor had ever been vacuumed in the room or the hallway.got up next morning to go down and enjoy a breakfast. There was no juice the eggs look like they’ve been cooked a month ago and the bacon was slimy. This is a brand new hotel. This is very sad. I will never stay there again.

Pleasant stay at the Holiday Express Inn & Suites The room was nice and clean, except for inside the shower wasn't cleaned properly, still a little dirty. I know it's not anything you can do about the HVAC System, but it was so loud we had to turn up the television in order to hear it! Other than that, I would would stay again and I would recommend the Hotel to others ❤️

Didn’t know until we arrived that the pool and hot tub were unavailable because pool inspector hadn’t been there yet. We didn’t know it was a new hotel. Will be 5 star once that is finished.

Room hadn’t been cleaned Room hadn’t been cleaned. I took photos. But it was very late and it was the last room they had and I was too tired to keep driving. Bed and pillows smelled liKe smoke. My room was supposed to have a coffee maker but it had been removed. The hotel lobby looked quite nice. The desk staff seemed nice but were not qualified to offer me any compensation. Had they been able to offer any small comp I might have been satisfied. I was told a manager would reach out They did not. There were long and short black hairs all over the shower. There were dirty shoe prints on the shower floor. The night table had an oily substance and finger smears on it. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed The bed was made and appeared clean but smelled strongly of smoke. I paid almost 200 bucks for the room I never like to leave bad reviews but you did ask…

Quality at all levels! From the greetings to the cleanlines, a hard days traveling evaporates when you check in. Marsha, Darrin, and Rick along with the rest of the staff, make sure everything is top notch. The rooms were spacious and clean. We'll certainly remember and try to stay here again.
