Besides the distance to the commercial and social cities. This is a beautiful hotel worthy of 3 stars. It is actually the best I came across in Yopougon during my visit. Friendly staff with good English. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Abidjan.

The entire facility is homely and impeccably neat. You will feel close to nature with such originality as you wouldn't find elsewhere for the size and location of the facility. The maintenance culture is superb - visited for the first time in July of 2022 - the entire facility has remains pristine. Quality of service hasn't dropped one bit. On the price, you get much more value for your money. The staff are courteous and supportive, they see to it that you feel personally attended to. For English speaking guests, they got you covered too. The meals are great and fresh too. Anytime you visit Abidjan, Detente Hotel should be your choice hotel.

J'avais besoin d'un moment de calme. J'ai donc repéré cet établissement et j'ai tenté. Franchement top! Le coin est reposant, surprenant même. La cours est très jolie et appelle au repos. Merci à toutes les équipes pour le séjour j'y reviendrai les yeux fermés. Et en plus magique! Avec le 4ème pont on y est en un rien de temps!!

Generally inviting and pleasant hotel, with free breakfast served in-room. Located a bit of a ways from the center, though. Friendly staff but they watch that check-out time like their life depends on it. Overall, I’d be back.
