Excellent séjour à la Maison Palmier! Tout était parfait. De la navette jusqu’à la chambre en passant par tous les services (la propreté des chambres, le room service, salle de sport…) nous avons été très satisfaits. Mention spéciale pour le buffet du petit déjeuner, tout était succulent, même le chocolat chaud est fait avec du bon cacao pas trop sucré, les fruits et tous les autres produits sont de qualité et ultra frais. Merci pour votre gentillesse, votre écoute et votre service! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

A beautiful hotel with room for service improvement
La Maison Palmier is a stylish and beautifully designed hotel, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery. Rooms are elegant, well-decorated, and comfortable, and the pool area, though small, is charming — but finding available space or towels can be difficult.
However, service needs improvement. Although the staff are friendly and well-meaning, they lack experience and English communication skills. Room service is extremely limited, and reaching them is often challenging, with calls rarely answered and delayed responses.
The menu and food options are limited, both in-room and at the bistro, which operates during restricted hours. For a business traveler, there are very few indoor spaces for working or hosting meetings, and outdoor areas are not practical for work due to heat and lack of shade.
Overall, La Maison Palmier is perfect for a relaxed leisure stay, but service and food options should be improved to meet the expectations of international and business travelers. I hope to return when these aspects are enhanced.

Lieu incroyable ! Le séjour de mon épouse et moi y fut beaucoup trop court (nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'utiliser la piscine ni le service de spa).
Je compte bien y retourner dans quelques mois lorsque je visiterai à nouveau mon épouse.

Ivorian Oasis
I highly recommend this hotel. The service, food, cleanliness, and decor were all superb.
The hotel felt like an oasis, and it’s a great place to relax. It’s also conveniently located.
I’ll be back whenever I’m in Abidjan!
