Room is decent but there's a door in an odd place , between the entrance /closet/toilet area and the where the bed is....door is ajar and doesn't closed properly..knock onto the side of the door last nite whilst going to the toilet. The toilet was cleaned completely...and the coffee cups are stained

À part l’emplacement et le personnel surtout ceux du house keeping, c’est un hôtel très moyen qui a besoin d’être rénové et que quelques personnes doit être bien formé sur l’hospitalité et l’accueil du client. Je ne pense pas y revenir sauf s’ils font des changements.

Jai passe un agreable sejour au Novotel. Le personnel est tres accueillant et disponible. Lit très confortable, chic restaurant avec des menus pour tous....et un cadre paisible en plein cœur du quartier des affaires. Je recommande vivement.

Malgré tout , novotel Abidjan fait partir de la référence. Personnel aimable et accueillant. Le buffet est varié. Nous avons très bien aimé. Merci aux personnels de ce hôtel. J'ai oublié de vous dire que les mets sont succulents. Le cadre est beau malgré le nombre d'années que cet hotel existe.

No so good experience. Poor service from housekeeping and reception. For the price of the hotel, at least the food and fruits should be fresh.
