Avoid, we went specifically for the spa. Only to get there for us abd the receptionist to find out it had been shut for 2 weeks.. no prior correspondence to advise us just oh it shut 2 weeks ago... we have a pool tho. The sauna had been out of action for some time too according to other guests. Not what we expected rather disappointing to what should have been an awesome weekend away

Lovely surroundings at the resort but the lodges are in real need of a update the carpeted floors are old and well used as is the furniture they are spacious but just poor decor made our stay uncomfortable as the beds are really needing replaced you could feel the spring coils on the sofa bed so opted to just sleep across a 2 seat sofa it was the worst sleep ever !

Swimming are was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Apartment was very spacious and clean with a great shower. Had everything we needed for a relaxing few days away and so close to the centre of Aberfeldy. Hopefully we will get back soon

The self catering cottage was spotless but urgently needs updating very old fashioned and paintwork need refreshed .TV had good reception The pool was excellent but could be doing with a larger pool as only 18 allowed in at one time especially as they have 70 or more cottages and hotel rooms ,no spa facilities available for a long time. We didnt have the restaurant breakfasts but went for dinner on last night and it was not nice we had risotto and it was lumpy and stuck together as if it had been reheated.Need a better chef .Asked Bar staff for Non alcholic Gin thought there was none left so I ordered fresh orange and lemonade received orange squash and lemonade in a pint glass??? Staff seriously need trained. The grounds are well kept and is in a lovely location we had lovely weather for three days and Aberfeldy is pleasant and plenty walks to do however the high street is seriously run down with lots of shop and restaurant closures.

1 bed cottage updated decor kitchen and lounge (stayed before at monesd so noticed the difference) very limited kitchen items, if 4 people staying you would constantly be doing the dishes as only 4. Beds and bedding very poor, flat pillows, disappointing. Staff are dispassionate, not helpful. Note Name says country club but really not, spa closed though didn't say (no availability for weeks) Highlight dip in pool and steam room Location is nice on the outskirts of Aberfeldy, though there's better value within the town to be had.

Roomy accommodation, spotlessly clean and lovely area. BUT urgently need updating. Kitchen, bathroom, furnishings and buildings do not look like they have been touched in decades. On a plus side the bedroom was fine and bed comfortable . When your husband says this is gloomy, that says it all.

Fifty members of my family, from far & wide, spent a week together at Moness Resort in July 2024. We were provided with excellent service throughout the whole week. The staff were professional, helpful and considerate. We all had a wonderful time, in no small part thanks to the Moness team. We plan a return visit as soon as it can be arranged.

Booked a 3 bedroom cottage with hot tub for a stay for my father in law's 70th birthday. Cottage was amazing...so clean and comfortable with an extra half bedroom for my twin boys set with bunk beds. Hot tub was brilliant too! Great service from the maintenance team when we had a little problem with our clothes jamming the drawers in the bedside cabinet...nothing was too much trouble!!! Had a surprise meal for the father in law at the restaurant, in a wonderfully laid out private room in a great setting. The team were all fantastic, led by the amazing Jake and everyone enjoyed great food!!

Had a lovely overnight stay at Moness Resort. We were in suite 2 which was huge, spotless and it had its own access from the front of the hotel. Staff were lovely from check in to breakfast. Leisure facilities are lovely but pool was busier than expected and no lifeguards on duty to stop kids bombing the pool. Sauna was out of order but the steam room was fabulous, one of the best I have used. We didn't eat in the restaurant but had a lovely breakfast. We had the bonus of a beautiful day so took advantage of a drink on the upstairs terrace overlooking a little play park. Finished our evening at the picnic tables outside our suite and had a wee alfresco prosecco. A return visit is on the card for us.
