The hotel wifi connection is difficult, it doesn't work properly when connected, the speed is slow, and it keeps disconnecting. I called the front desk, and they said that other people didn't report it, and asked if it was a problem with the phone. The same is true for the computer connection, and the front desk feedback can't be handled. I reported it to Ctrip, and Ctrip said nothing. I called the front desk, but there was no one on duty and no version was posted. I complained that today's Internet traffic is counted as Ctrip's.

Staff was friendly and attentive. My room was clean and the air worked well. However there were a number of things that werent either working or were not attended to by maintenance. 2 of the 3 treadmills did not eork, and there were no cleaning products in the gym. That is really basic stuff. Also my digital key never worked. Reportedly that is the case for several of the rooms, so i was just out of luck for a promised benefit. These can be fixed if management considers them a focus. Like my title says i would givr them another chance

We stayed at this hotel for a travel baseball tournament at Ripken. Unfortunately, we discovered bed bugs in the room the first night of our stay. We captured one in a bag (pictured) and showed the front desk where the employee took pictures of the bed bug. We had to drive home in the middle of the night with three small kids. After four phone calls and one email over a few weeks, the hotel manager has never responded. On one such call Hilton corporate said the hotel did their own investigation and found no bugs. That would be the definition of a conflict of interest - the hotel is incentivized to report no bed bugs even though we captured one and showed them. I can rationalize bed bugs from a prior guest, but the hotel response is a shameful way to operate a business.

This hotel was mediocre. The beds weren't particularly comfortable, the breakfast was just alright (cereal, waffles - nothing allergy friendly) and the service not helpful. We were supposed to get two beds and only had a king. When we called down for a roll away, we were told they didn't have any and to essentially suck it up. Also, there was a party in the lobby. It was a bit loud and there was food all over the area where the coffee area was. The rooms themselves were clean, so I'll give them that, but I would probably not stay here again. I expect more from Hampton

Hampton has been a go-to Hilton brand for us for ＞30 yrs. Bottles of water have been provided based on our Honors membership for years. Not at this location. Learned that this franchisee adheres to only the Hilton requirement of waters for Gold and Diamond members. Think about it. I can take 6 bananas and 6 apples from the breakfast bar or take the spare Kleenex box with me but I can’t have a complimentary water to put in my CPAP machine or to rinse after brushing teeth. The breakfast bar was unattended and all the hot food items were cold and yogurt was warm. After breakfast, had to go back to the room and wash off the bottom of my shoes with a hand towel because the floor at the coffee station was super sticky. The room was great, bed was great and despite prior request for a room away from the highway, the allegation was a full hotel and we could not be reassigned; the parking lots and breakfast room would find that a false claim. There are plenty of other hotels around and, if we need to stay in Aberdeen again, we will choose another property.

I was traveling to Maryland with my daughter's dance competition team. We needed to book 14 rooms. When the rooms were booked we were told we were able to to cancel the rooms within 48hours of our stay. I called to cancel 4 of the rooms. The front desk agent and manager, Thomas Elchelberger were extremely rude. The front desk agent tried to be helpful, but after talking to her manager, it seems as tho he tried to have her avoid letting me get in contact with him. When I finally was able to reach him, he refused to let me speak to, or give me information to contact the General manager, Roberta, stating that guests weren't allowed to have that information. Needless to say it seems as if he just wanted the business and neglected helping the customer do what was best for them. I do not recommend staying here, as they have no regard for the customer and their needs. Hampton Inn & Suites Edgewood/Aberdeen-South was a much better choice. They were extremely helpful and accomodating. They will get our business every time!

I stayed here solo this past weekend while I was in town to attend the pyrex/vintage festival in havre de grace and had a great experience. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the shower was hot, nice shampoo etc available, no weird smells, powerful AC and I was happy with the price. It was close to a few stores and restaurants so no need to travel far for any needs. Tons of baseball kids that were at least quiet at night. Parents and coaches that don't teach kids not to run and scream down the hallways aren't the fault of the hotel. I traveled for events as a kid and our grownups would have made us stay in our rooms if we acted like that at any hour of the day.... but that's not on the hotel.... Honestly I have to search my brain for a negative and that would be that when I went to the carafe of hot water at night to make tea it clearly had had coffee in it earlier because it was coffee scented/tinted water....oh and no microwave in the room. I can't remember the last time I had a hotel without a microwave. I'll likely be returning in September to attend the same event. I'm debating staying here again because I was so happy with the experience even though the price for that weekend is incredibly high.

This Hampton is in a parking lot cluster with a bunch of other hotels. It’s near the Ripken Baseball Experience, where a little league tournament was taking place. For this, it’s super convenient and there are a ton of eating and drinking choices in the area. My suite was large and comfortable and they offer a wonderful, free breakfast.
