They are pet friendly, however, only in certain room types with double beds. No pets in king rooms. Policies need to be updated. If a person booked a non-refundable king room and prepaid but pets aren't allowed in that room type, they most likely overpaid. That could be a serious issue for some with pets.

It was nice, clean and comfortable. Its in a very good area where theres a shopping area/ food about a 2 minute drive and probably about 10 - 15 minute walk. Staff was friendly and I would stay there again if I was ever in that part of Maryland again.

The rooms, swimming pool and lobby were very clean and staff was friendly. The only thing that wasn’t very good was the breakfast selection during free breakfast.

I stopped here for one-night on a road trip from Florida to the New Jersey Shore. It was a weekend, the hotel was full of families enjoying themselves and the room was comfortable and met my needs for the night. A small breakfast was available at no charge in the a.m. and though not spectacular it was good enough to save me the trip elsewhere to eat. Check-in was efficient, all of the staff were cordial, helpful, etc. Thee's ample parking and a grocery store and multiple restaurants nearby. In fact, there's an IHOP restaurant attached to the hotel. It was more than sufficient for the one night.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Elevators were cramped — loved the signage about increasing their size in the future — good idea! Room was adequate and we slept well. Location leaves a bit to be desired — not the hotel’s fault. Outdoor pool looked nice but we couldn’t use it because there was an exciting thunderstorm. We usually stay at nicer places but this fit the bill for a quick stopover.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament and the staff is great! The front desk supervisor, Moe, makes this hotel better than other areas hotels. We tried others bit keep going back to the Comfort Inn because of the customer service that Moe and his staff provide. The hotel owner even stopped by for a visit during our stay and was making his way around to the guests for feedback. It is perfect for teams/groups - highly recommended!

The staff is so welcoming and accommodating. They go out of their way to ensure that all guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay. They handed out pops to everyone on a hot fourth of july! We have been back here 2 years in a row and will continue to stay here any year our team comes to the ripkin baseball events

Clean hotel, great staff and great experience. We enjoyed time at the pool and was overall a great place to stay. If we are ever in Aberdeen again we will be back to stay.
