I lodged in Daktad Hotel Abeokuta for 3 nights sometime in October this year 2022. I paid with my debit card and was debited twice in one of the days. I checked with my bank FCMB and its clarified and established already that the money is in Daktad's account while I was told that the transaction was declined on their POS. Ever since then I've been talking to the Accountant and d staffs to please check with their own bank and refund my money, 15k. For 4 weeks now, nothing has been done to resolve this issue. I'm so so dissapointed in this hotel and I regret ever stepping in there. I won't recommend a dubious place like this to anyone. Please be careful.
