Only stayed for one night but we got to tour the grounds. And use the amenities. What a great spot. The vilas are exceptional and well stocked With a brilliant traditional breakfast of meats cheese bread Juice and cake. I don’t know if I’ll ever be back this way but if I get the opportunity I’d love to spend more time here. The young lady at the desk on Thursday June 6 in the evening was amazing.

We spent one night in Monte do Giestal. We chose the location because of the convenient distance form the coast, and Setubal peninsula. It is situated outside the town, so the location is private and quiet. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside, and as a part of the property there is a cork oak grove where we had our morning walk. The grounds are nicely landscaped and there is private parking close the the accommodation. Our Villa was spacious and beautifuly designed.The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. WiFi worked fine.We had breakfast in the main building. The selection of the food was excellent. All employees we met were friendly and helpful. We didn't have time to use the spa, but we hope for another stay in this great place. Definitely recommend!

Everything about the stay was perfect!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was also great (T1 Standard), the kitchen is very well equipped, the house has air conditioning as well as a fireplace. Even tho all the houses have a kitchen you also have a really good breakfast included, and they also have a restaurant to partner with that serves both lunch's and dinner's and deliver it to your apartment. The spa is also really good. Disclaimer: The wifi is not great, although they have invested a lot in making it better, the telco companies simply don't have good service or wifi in those areas, not their fault, on the other hand its great to disconect from the world a bit and relax.

We had a great stay at Monte Do Giestal! It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. The services are great: nice breakfast, a poolbar and the possibility to order your evening meal to be delivered at your house (so we could enjoy it at our terrace :--)). The staff was very friendly and accessible, they were present at lot during the day and always reachable through Whatsapp, which was very convenient. The house was really nice and spacious. The bathroom can use an update, but everything was very clean. Nice location for kids, with the 2 pools, tennis court, little playground and nice walk through the cork trees!

Everything was perfect. The meals, the surroundings, the breakfast is top notch, the staff are friendly, the villas are very comfortable, the spa. In short, everything is done with taste, sustainable, pleasant. It was really a pleasant surprise. We will be back!

We spent 2 nights at the resort. The setting is superb, surrounded by nature. The welcome is very friendly and the staff are concerned about our well-being. We took advantage of the fireplace in the evening, the apartment is spacious and the spa area TOP! We also took a walk in the middle of a cork oak park, very nice with a 500 year old oak tree. An address to share without hesitation We will come back with great pleasure!
