A Disappointing Stay
Location: The hotel's location was its only redeeming quality. It was conveniently situated in an area, making it easy to access attractions and amenities.
Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The bathroom sink was clogged, not adequately maintained which made for an unpleasant stay.
Service: The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. Requests were often ignored or handled slowly. There was a lack of attention to detail and a general indifference towards the guests' needs.
Facilities: The facilities at the hotel were basic and outdated. The pool and gym were poorly maintained, and the common areas were not well-kept. There was a lack of amenities and activities to enjoy during the stay.
Overall: Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. The cleanliness, service, and facilities were far below expectations. The only positive aspect was the location. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay, I would suggest exploring other options.
