Hotel located near como lake and has different rooms with lake view or Mountain View. Staff was accommodating, room was great. Kinda old but very clean and room has all necessary amenities. You need around 5 minutes to get to train station if you want to travel to another places. Breakfast was amazing. Cereal, cheese, coffee, tea, sandwiches, eggs and so on

We booked a room with sea views and a balcony. When we arrived we got a room with no balcony and a road view and a very disturbing road sound all day and all night. The staff compensated us with money. But the suddenly would like the compensation back claiming they greve to much… an insanely dumb idea… the rooms are old breakfast and the view is really good. Staff is obviously not so smart, considering this strange decision to claim back a redound 😂…

Yes, this hotel is a bit old and dated. It could use a refresh of some paint etc but the views and balcony make up for it. We did not have any mold in our room or bathroom like other travelers. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were super helpful and kind. We did not eat the breakfast so cannot comment on that. There is a delicious pizza place next door.

I normally don't write reviews when I travel but I really didn't appreciate this hotel. While they allowed us to check on early (12:30PM), the room wasn't updated and the walls are dirty (as an understatement). After we arrived we left the room to travel and we got back around 9pm. The room key actives the air condition, but it was broken and when I tried to open the balcony door, the handle was loose and it stayed in my hands. The room was extremely hot so I went to tbe receptionist that told me that she can't do much and after coming to the room she said that we can't activate the air condition and she couldn't open the balcony door, but she can activate the air condition remotely. Since the room has no phone, we had it walk to her a few times. She also promised to tell to the manager.We ended up in a very hot room and running back and forth to the reception to ask for adjustments. I'm the morning the manager (called Said) didn't know anything about it and he came to the room, he didn't care about the air condition not working, and blamed us for breaking the handle. A simple sorry for inconvenience would have prevented this review because I don't normally give reviews. Stay away from this hotel if they don't respect their guests

Not worth value of money paid. Vey outdated room and outside area. Needs lots of improvements. Towel rail was not working in a bathroom and this was important for us to dry some clothes. Also air conditioning was not working. Bathroom sink was extremely dirty. Room seems had a leak, that never was fixed after.

Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto soggiornare causa influenza ,prima del piccolo, e poi di papà e di mamma in stato interessante. Abbiamo chiesto di non perdere i soldi della prenotazione e tornare a visitare il posto successivamente e non ci è stata data la possibilità, quanto meno recuperare in parte l'importo senza danneggiare cmq la struttura che al momento della nostra disdetta, seppur in ritardo, risultavano ancora camere disponibili. Non prenoteremo più neanche su booking e la struttura ci ha deluso profondamente soprattutto perchè abbiamo perso 600€. Abbiamo recuperato il volo e tutte le altre prenotazioni fuorchè quelli relativi al Park Hotel. Pessimi davvero!!!

Sans attrait particulier Hôtel sans attrait particulier à un emplacement sans attrait particulier. En revanche assez cher si on ajoute je petit déjeuner - médiocre - et le parking.

Hotel is a little dated but the staff is amazing! Breakfast was nice. Ambiance was nice, great outdoor area with lakeside view.
