I just walked into the hotel and asked the gentleman who stay in front of the reception if I able to use the bathroom, but he was so rude and he didn’t let me in. He was cursing on me and pointed his finger to escort me from the promises. Emergency situation happens very often this should be handled on different way..

Purtroppo zona spa e piscina da bocciare.. Ambiente molto piccolo, con poche sedute e sdraio, sicuramente datato e da ristrutturare, poche sdraio perché non c'è spazio, sauna e bagno turco lasciamo perdere, ma la cosa più assurda che ogni tanto i bagnini se così vogliamo chiamarli aprivano porte e finestre, con la gente in costume che congelava, dicendo per 5. 10 min dobbiamo tenere aperto per abbassare l umidità.. Noi sconvolti e infreddolito, siamo a febbraio, con il rischio di far ammalare anche le bimbe.. . Mai vista una cosa del genere.. Siamo scappati nel vero senso Della parola... Detto ciò devo dire che il personale alla reception e quello in sala é stato gentilissimo e la cena buonissima ...però purtroppo mai più 😔

Struttura datata con mobilia anni 60, solo la hall è stata rifatta, con dubbio gusto, (vedi neon rosa più adatti ad una discoteca, che ad un hotel termale). Il parcheggio è insufficiente, le piscine termali sono piccole e, sia quella interna che quella esterna, abbisognano di una pulizia straordinaria. Manca totalmente il concetto di relax basilare in un hotel termale, vedi radio a tutto volume in filodiffusione nelle aree sauna/bagno turco e bambini che scorrazzano per tutta la struttura a tutte le ore, entrano nelle cucine e bussano anche alle porte delle camere, mentre in piscina si fanno tuffi e si gioca a palla e nessuno lo impedisce. La serata di capodanno è stata la peggiore della mia vita. Musica a tutto volume fin dall'inizio della cena, cibo di scarsa qualità, mediamente mal scongelato e mal cucinato, negli altri giorni ben che sia andata, si è trattato di menù da mensa aziendale. Unica nota di merito va alle cameriere gentili e disponibili. Da non ripetere.

Soggiorno di 3 notti in questo hotel, situato in una buona posizione, ma camere vecchie e insonorizzate, di notte caldo tanto da dormire con la finestra del bagno aperta a dicembre. Finestre vecchie e mal ridotte, porta del bagno della stanza che non si chiude. Piscina poco pulita, sauna e bagno turco poco spaziose. Il Parcheggio è piccolo e ho dovuto lasciare la macchina in strada. Molte cose dei servizi descritti sono inesistenti. Personale gentile, ma non ho trascorso un buon soggiorno. Il prezzo pagato per tre notti è molto discutibile.

Bellissimo posto dove soggiornare ad Abano Terme. Struttura nuova pulitissima accogliente. Piscina termale molto bella al chiuso e all ' aperto. Mangiare buono e ottima cortesia. Vicino al centro al TEATRO PIETRO D ABANO e a tanti bar e ristoranti. Raccomando questa struttura a tutti.

Hotel molto bello. Nuovo appena ristrutturato e le terme superano l aspettative. Un atmosfera che stimola la calma e la tranquillità. Camera molto buona con balcone grande. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo. I complimenti al direttore Victor (credo si chiami così). D.

Sono stata durante il ponte dei santi. Nonostante abbia avuto qualche disguido con la camera l responsabile Laura è prontamente intervenuta ed ho passato un bel wend rilassante. Personale e soprattutto la responsabile gentilissimi. Consiglio

Hotel pulito e accogliente. Menzione particolare per la signora Laura, responsabile della reception, persona altamente competente. Anche il propietario è gentile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica e si trova parcheggio facilmente. Prezzo onesto e ottimo servizio. Alla sera nei weekend fanno anche animazione con musica dal vivo e la sala della hall è molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati bene.
