Hotel accogliente immerso nel cuore di Abano Terme che è già di suo una location splendida. Siamo stati accolti da un team di persone molto ospitali che ci hanno fatto star bene da subito. Le camere con vista panoramica al quinto piano erano davvero spaziose e molto luminose.. Davano sulle piscine e quindi avevamo un'esposizione affascinante anche di notte. Se posso fare un appunto lo farei alla cucina che, a mio modesto avviso, potrebbe migliorare la qualità dell'offerta, mentre per il personale nulla da eccepire.

Beautiful hotel, well kept, excellent cleanliness, garden, pool area and very well-kept spa. Friendly and polite staff at reception and on the floors. The sore part is the catering: at breakfast it offers nothing more than a three star, untrained waitstaff, mediocre food. There is definitely room for improvement.

On advice I also performed a mud bath and a massage, as after some exercises in the gym I felt a little tight. The visit by the spa doctor was meticulous and professional with a complete objective examination of the chest and abdomen, measurement of blood pressure, heart rate and a well-done anamnesis of the pathologies. The doctor had already told me that the effect for a single session cannot be complete but I still recommend it to everyone as a moment of relaxation and well-being. A truly excellent experience even for young people like us who are looking for a moment of relaxation.

After a few years we returned to this 5 star hotel (on paper). Nothing has changed; outdated furnishings in the common areas and spa (sauna etc) undersized compared to the capacity of the hotel. Room furnishings not functional and at least dated. Restaurant without buffet; not even for vegetables, fruit and cheeses etc. Even the bread is served at the table, with evident slowdowns in the service. Dishes not at 5 star level neither in quality nor in presentation. Decent breakfast although to have raw ham (buffet only salami and cooked ham) you have to pay a supplement. It is not clear in what capacity the hotel falls within the 5-star category

The hotel has been recently renovated and therefore attention has been paid to every detail.
