Hotel is very well located..unfortunately gave me the room with a view of the coast (works at 7:30 in the morning, disaster) and view of the trash cans downstairs (((Reseption managed by Omar.
In addition I warned that my stay was linked to my birthday!! yes, our staff very attentive and professional (bar, restaurant, doctor, masseur)
The swimming pool area is good..
Missing the little touches of the 5 star hotel.

Bellissimo hotel con camera ampia e pulitissima. Anche nelle zone comuni la pulizia era impeccabile. Le piscine bellissime , molto calde e super pulite. Abbiamo potuto goderne anche il giorno della partenza chiedendo un late checkout che ci hanno dato senza costi. Un plauso al personale della reception, professionali sempre gentilissimi sorridenti e disponibili.
Posizione perfetta in pieno centro ad Abano. Perfetto

Ho soggiornato lo scorso week end con mia moglie, due giorni senza bambini, c’eravamo già stati, quindi tornati volentieri! Come sempre tutto perfetto, belle le piscine termali aperte fino alle 23.00 , bella la parte spa Venezia con saune e bagni turchi! Personale gentile e molto attento!

Sono cliente da tantissimi anni di questa struttura sempre perfetta, accogliente, di una pulizia impeccabile, bellissima spa e personale gentilissimo ma…devo dire con dispiacere che non tutto e’ 5 stelle lusso. Nella Spa dopo uno giorno sono mancati i teli usa e getta per la sauna e sostituiti da microscopici Teli asciuga sudore utilizzati in palestra e devo dire che non è la prima volta. La cucina è’ cambiata: è il buffet degli antipasti un po’ più modesto…i menu sono principalmente a base di pesce, spesso surgelato (un indimenticabile calamaro di gomma accompagnato da 4 gamberi e un ciuffo di valeriana) e dove si fa un uso eccessivamente generoso di cipolla, cruda, cotta ecc. scarse le verdure di contorno in quanto i piatti arrivano con una guarnizione povera. Il sommelier e’ un centometrista e corre da un lato all’altro della sala ma io non l’ho visto: peccato perché con una cantina importante il suo contributo e’ fondamentale. Altro centimetrista e’ il maitre che corre anche lui ed e’ sempre in affanno ma non può arrivare ovunque… e questo si percepisce quando ad esempio, chi sparecchia la tavola, ti versa il Fondo della bottiglia nel bicchiere perché sta finendo il turno. Per la colazione, peraltro di ottima di qualità’, il servizio funziona bene dal venerdì… quando e’ presente il caposala . Insomma sembra che il personale sia un po’ sottodimensionato, Direte che sono sfumature ma su un 5 stelle lusso… lasciatemi dire, sono cose poco accettabili. Un encomio ai ragazzi giovanissimi che in silenzio e professionalità fanno il loro mestiere. Io amo il Grand Hotel e ci tornerò ancora. Sono convinta che il Direttore saprà fare tesoro dei miei appunti

Il mio soggiorno presso abano grand hotel stato a dir poco spettacolare Il design elegante dell'hotel, combinato con i suoi servizi di alto livello, ha reso l'esperienza davvero rilassante e piacevole. Il personale attento e cortese ha soddisfatto ogni mia esigenza, assicurando che il mio soggiorno fosse il più confortevole possibile.
