I spent a week here as a solo traveller - pros and cons ! (Travelzoo deal) Pros - inexpensive, good food, choice of three or four mains every evening (one night no vegetarian option so I had spinach and chips), buffet breakfast, pool very warm, easy to get to Venice and Padua, near the town centre, clean bedroom with comfy bed, waiters friendly and helpful, everywhere nice and warm, was taken to railway station as in the offer Cons - scruffy communal areas, had to ask for a robe, wine with meal sometimes, rails missing to hold onto to get to outside pool, sauna not on - had to ask and it never got hot, Park Hotel across the road connected (other guests told me) had daily aqua aerobics classes, hot sauna and salt cave, better pools (but waiters etc not very pleasant), Park Hotel also had entertainment which I wasn't told about. Didn't attempt to find out about treatment included in the travelzoo offer. Finally, on my last morning I found out I had been the only guest staying overnight, which felt a bit creepy. Maximum guests had been around 30, with a group of seniors from Bologna staying for a while. We might not consider this 4* in the UK, but maybe it is the standard in Italy...

Siamo arrivati il venerdì dove si svolge evento Ballame . Siamo stati accolti subito gentilmente dalla signorina Chiara ragazza educata e gentilissima. Sistemazione in camere spaziose, albergo in ristrutturazione ma sempre con un fascino imponente. Il direttore una persona efficace (Gianluca) sempre presente dalle colazioni alla fine della serata sempre pronto a rispondere e risolvere ogni richiesta . La cucina a dir poco eccellente da affogare nelle portate abbondanti e super gustose. Servizio in sala impeccabile . Complimenti

Unica pecca la la ragazza bionda in ricevimento molto maleducata ed arrogante. Il soggiorno e stato fantastico camere spaziose e pulite cibo più che eccellente e in abbondanza. Direttore simpaticissimo e molto cordiale sempre a disposizione. Il titolare persona molto alla mano e grande persona da ammirare per gli sforzi fatti e il coraggio

Penso che chi dice che si mangia male non ha capito nulla Ottima cucina ,servizio buono , camere spazziose e pulite , In ristrutturzione ma sempre aftascinante. Albergo in ristrutturazione pezzi di moquette in giro per i corridoi, moquette nelle stanze ormai obsoleta, vasca da bagno senza protezione per l'acqua e nessun saliscendi per il doccione. Parliamo di cucina (ma quale cucina) in una mensa aziendale si mangia meglio ,piatti arrivati freddi in quanto li preparano e li lasciano sul pass a richiesta. Mancanza di personale preparato, cameriere con gilet aperto e maniche arrotolate, maître inesistente. Reception ....inpreparate rifatto il conto 3 volte assolutamente da dimenticare

Un trattamento completamente inaccettabile e un'esperienza che sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque. Siamo arrivati in hotel e ci è stato comunicato che a causa di un guasto all'impianto elettrico, non potevamo soggiornare nella nostra stanza. Ci è stato proposto un trasferimento in un altro hotel, promettendoci che il problema sarebbe stato risolto in un'ora. Tuttavia, siamo stati informati che ci sarebbero voluti prima qualche ora, poi forse almeno due giorni per ripararlo. La cosa peggiore è che non siamo stati avvisati in anticipo, nonostante il problema fosse già noto da prima del nostro arrivo. Inoltre, l'hotel alternativo in cui siamo stati inviati era di qualità inferiore e non corrispondeva minimamente alle nostre aspettative. Un'esperienza molto frustrante e poco professionale.

Manca di manutenzione. Parcheggio tra mattonelle e inerti. Merita una pesante ristrutturazione. Carenza di personale. Cucina buona ma con porzioni minime. Moquette in camera non indicata per chi allergico agli acari. Moquette rotta ai piani. Vano scale pericoloso. Corridoio di collegamento alla piscina scivoloso e in cemento

Arrivati e trovato subito una ottima accoglienza, sembra di stare in una famiglia. Personale sempre con il sorriso e battuta pronta . Cibo e servizio eccellente. Hotel in fase di ristrutturazione ma molto confortevole. Ottime serate danzanti con buona animazione. Camere sempre pulite e spazzole. Piscine accomodanti e rilassanti . Qualità prezzo più che ottimo e soddisfacente. Da prendere in considerazione seriamente
