Wir sind zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und planen natürlich wieder in 2025 zu kommen. Wiederholung ist die höchste Form des Lobes! Gleiches gilt auch für die Gastronomie, wo sich hohe Kochkunst und innovative Variation vereint haben. Die Thermalanlagen sind ebenfalls erstklassig. Für alle Bereiche gilt: Kompetent und freundlich!

Definirei soggiorno incantevole!!! Sono diversi anni che soggiorno presso questa struttura ed ogni volta non posso che confermare che è una delle vacanze più belle che uno non può farsi mancare. Staff eccellente, dalla spa, a chi riordina le camere, a chi porta i bagagli, alla reception, un ringraziamento particolare a Nicola. Ti senti in famiglia, super coccolato Definirei tutto semplicemente fantastico..........come sempre :)

Il 28 ottobre, ho inviato una mail a due indirizzi dell'hotel, non avendo ancora ricevuto una risposta, segnalo che al mio arrivo ho trovato delle cimici in camera (a disposizione foto) che prontamente ho segnalato alla reception. Essendo un Hotel a cinque stelle, mi aspettavo almeno delle scuse!
