Excellent indoor/outdoor pool. well maintained. pool staff friendly and helpful.
Rooms and structure: unquestionable cleanliness.. large rooms. Not the most modern furnishings.
Nice parking lot even if not the most spacious.
Efficient and helpful concierge services.
Restaurant: only had lunch once. view good variety at the buffet. Helpful staff. An ironic comment was noted, absolutely out of place, especially in a 5 star hotel.

Unser Aufenthalt war - wie aus früheren Erfahrungen bekannt - ausgezeichnet. Gewohnt sehr freundlicher Empfang, zuvorkommende, durchwegs kompetente Mitarbeitende im Housekeeping, im Service und auch im SPA. Freundliche, persönliche Bedienung im Restaurant, ausgezeichnet Küche. Wir hoffen schon bald wieder eine Auszeit - in einem schönen grossen Zimmern - im President Terme nehmen zu können.

Tornati dopo diversi anni, un po' timorosi di non ritrovarci bene come la prima volta, siamo invece rimasti molto soddisfatti! Hotel elegante dal gusto antico ma sempre ricco di fascino. La ns camera ( 623 ) assolutamente perfetta. Tutto il personale (addetti piscina/fanghi/massaggi/reception ecc) estremamente gentile e disponibile senza essere mai invadente. Ristorazione eccellente, una vera gioia per gli occhi e per il palato, Bravissimi i numerosi i addetti alla sala, una su tutti la carinissima Inga. Fiore all''occhiello la SPA, in particolare Alessandra che si è rivelata non solo una eccellente professionista, ma pure una persona deliziosa. Che dire, grazie a tutti, non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Ein seit mehr als zwanzig Jahren gleichbleibend ausgezeichnetes Hotel auf hohem Niveau. Große gepflegte Zimmer mit hohem Ausstattungsstandard, excellenten Betten und großzügigen Badbereichen. Sehr guter Service bei Zimmern und SPA. Die medizinischen Anwendungen wie Fango und Massage sind seit Jahren gleichbleibend sehr gut. Die von uns gewählte Vollpension hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, die Qualität der Speisen und deren Präsentation entsprach immer einem fünf Sterne Hotel. Der Service kompetent, freundlich und zurückhaltend, Sonderwünsche waren nie ein Problem. Die Weinkarte, mit italienischem Schwerpunkt, ist sehr gut aufgestellt und das Preisleistungsverhältnis beeindruckend. Reception und Concierge stets kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit einem ausgezeichneten Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

Wie bisher ein jeder Hinsicht erholsamer Aufenthalt. Professioneller, freundlicher Empfang, ebenso das gesamte Personal. Langjähriges Servicepersonal, was für das Haus spricht. Durchaus geräumiges Zimmer im 6. Stock mit kleinem Balkon. Alles sehr sauber. Tadelloses, bestens sortiertes Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sowohl die Auswahl als auch die Qualität des Abendessen im Rahmen der HP ist sehr gut. Ein Lob an den Küchenchef! Wenn es etwas zu verbessern gibt, dann ist er der Saunabereich. Er entspricht nicht dem eines *****_Hauses. Der nächste Aufenthalt im Herbst ist bereits geplant!

Wir lieben diese klassische Hotel einfach. Wie den ganzen Ort. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, das Essen ist gut und das Personal ist freundlich. Der GYM ist großzigig und gut ausgestattet. Die Schwimmmeister im Badebereich gehen proaktiv auf einem zu und machen einem dem Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
