Struttura moderna e accogliente, molto pulita, cucina varia e appetitosa, personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato poter raggiungere la piscina senza dover attraversare la reception e il soggiorno.

Esperienza positiva. Il personale è gentilissimo dalla reception, al bar alla sala ristorante. Ho apprezzato molto il check in dove la Receptionist ci ha elencato tutti i servizi inclusi e ci ha spiegato dove trovare le piscine e il ristorante per cena e colazione. La cena è stata strepitosa: complimenti ancora allo chef perchè i piatti erano tutti buonissimi e nel buffet non mancava nulla! La colazione è super: dolce e salato a volontà. Le camere sono pulite. Stanno ristrutturando l'hotel e lo stanno riammodernando. Unica raccomandazione: la piscina esterna ha un punto dove chi non è molto alto e non sa nuotare, come me, non tocca quindi suggerisco di prestare attenzione anche perchè non c'è alcun cartello che indica l'altezza dell'acqua (ho comunicato la cosa all'hotel). Ma per il resto tutto perfetto. Mi sono davvero rilassata.

We stayed here for two weeks in August, & can definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were all really lovely, and so accommodating. So much so, that by the end of our holiday, we felt that we had been staying with friends. We struggled with my elderly mum who was unable to use her 3 wheeled rollator for our holiday and we could not book a much needed wheelchair due to arriving during Ferragosto. The hotel stepped in and loaned us a 4 wheel rollator, which enabled us to get out and about for short journeys. We were, and are, so grateful for this, which was another example of going above and beyond. The rooms were spacious. The food amazing, and would be classed as fine dining in the UK. We were incredibly lucky to be there for ferragosto as this was an amazing 'family' feast and evening entertainment. The pool, the facilities, all excellent and well worth the visiting. The area itself is a short drive from Venice, Vicenza, and beautiful Padova. A little further you can drive to Verona, Treviso, and Lake Garda. You can walk easily into Abano in just a few minutes. All in all, we would (and most likely will)! definitely return to the Hotel Aqua, Abano Terme. Thank you all so much for such an enjoyable stay! ❤️

Hotel veramente bello da vedere. Sono stato benissimo. Locali molto puliti. Personale gentilissimo. Relax puro. L'apertura delle piscine fino a mezzanotte è una marcia in più.

...di parlarvi del mio soggirno vi parlassi brevemente di me? Diciamo che amo soprattutto STARE BENE, sentirmi TRANQUILLO, a MIO AGIO, RIPOSARE ma anche DIVERTIRMI. Amo il BUON CIBO, cucinato con tantea fantasia e PARTICOLARE CURA. Amo le COLAZIONI ABBONDANTI E RICCHE DI SCELTA... da godere fino a tardi... e anche bere qualcosa di GUSTOSO e magari PARTICOLARE al bar. Amo l'AQUA TERMALE (e non sono tutte uguali!) e godermi il sole mentre mi COCCOLANO con qualche STUZZICHINO (meglio ancora se mi basta premere un pulsante per avere anche da bere direttamente a bordo vasca...) e amo anche il bagno in PISCINA FINO A MEZZANOTTE. Amo molto anche le piccole SORPESE... Un APERITIVO, DEGUSTAZIONI VARIE o della BUONA MUSICA, meglio se DAL VIVO. Amo essere circondato da PERSONE GENTILI, SINCERAMENTE CORDIALI e sempre DISPONIBILI. Insomma, mi ripeto: AMO STARE BENE. Io per TUTTO QUESTO frequento da tempo l'Hotel AQUA... ...ora vedete voi!

Wir kennen das Hotel seit über 20 Jahre, zuletzt waren wir kurz nach der Renovierung da, seither sind knapp 10 Jahre vergangen. Wir wollten es nochmal wissen: Aber leider eine durchwegs herbe Enttäuschung. Mehr Schein als Sein, das Frühstück war durchschnittlich, also ok. Das Abendessen eine Katastrophe: große Namen auf der Speisekarte, aber sonst nicht der Rede wert. Es gab kaum Pastagerichte, und wenn ohne Geschmack und Liebe. Da kochen wir unsere Spaghetti carbonara 1000 mal besser, selten Fisch und dann auch trocken und geschmacklos. Also kein Vergleich zu vor der Renovierung. Die Liste der Beschwerden wäre lange….. Das Restaurantpersonal unprofessionell, ständig überfordert und somit unfreundlich. Leider waren die Göste genauso: unkultiviert und maßlos, run aufs kalte buffet und die Nachspeisen, bevor überhaupt etwas serviert wurde…kein Benehmen. Nein. Niemals kommen wir wieder und niemanden kann man dieses Hotel empfehlen. Leider

Abbastanza sporco. Zona Spa piena di muffa. Non so come altri non hanno notato tutto ciò. Comunque era sempre libera durante il giorno. Forse perché si sono resi conto che non era così pulita. Zona piscina abbastanza bene. Orario ok dalle 08:00 alle 24:00. Abbastanza casinò. Gente con cellulare. In videochiamata. Con musica alta. Davvero abbastanza maleducati. In complesso, anche camere sporche. Non ci è piaciuto.
