Grosse, geräumige Zimmer (Suite für 3 Pax), sehr sauber, kompetentes und freundliches Personal an der Reception und im Restaurant. Die Speisekarte und die Auswahl an Weinen im Restaurant Zollhaus ist ausgezeichnet, ebenso wie das Essen.

Wir haben anlässlich eines Lions-Club-Ausflug als Gruppe (19 Personen) in der Kettenbrücke übernachtet und wurden bereits bei der Organisation und beim Empfang engagiert und sehr freundlich vom Reception-Team unterstützt. Alle hatten Freude an den grosszügigen und ruhigen Zimmern und das trotz der zentralen und verkehrsgünstigen Lage des Hotels. Ein wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl hat uns den Tagesstart genissen lassen.

Mehr Schein wie Sein. Das Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage und nur mit einem kleinen Fenster. Leider kann man schlecht schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster da der Lärm der Hauptstraße stark zu hören ist. Frühstücksbüffet besteht großteils aus Massenware. Auch im Restaurant wird auf der Karte eine Qualität versprochen die leider nicht auf dem Teller wiederfindet. Das Prei-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Schön ist die nahe Lage zur Stadt.

Sehr gute Adresse, Super Empfang wir waren mit den E-Bikes da. diese konnten wir kostenlos in der Tiefgarage einstellen. Einziges Manko es hat keine Lademöglichkeiten für die E-Bike Akkus in der Tiefgarage. Die Zimmer sind angenehm kühl, und es gibt ein super Frühstück, so dass man gestärkt die nächste Etappe in Angriff nehmen kann.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit extra breitem Bett. 2 Bettdecken! Schönes großes Bad mit separatem WC. Kleines aber sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit Lachs, Rührei, Brot, Weggli, Croissants, Bircher Müsli, ... Frühstücksraum mit Fensterfronten und Ausblick. Das Rooftop-Restaurant habe ich nicht besucht, der Lounge-Bereich im Außenbereich (an der Straße) sah sehr gemütlich und schön aus! Sehr freundliche Menschen an der Rezeption! Ich kann das Hotel absolut weiter empfehlen!

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit grossen modernen Zimmern. Das Hotel liegt optimal zwischen Aare und Altstadt. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt neben dem Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Guter Informationsfluss bis zum check-in.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Bad. Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant mit tollem Personal. Vom Checkin bis zum Checkout professionelles Personal! Hier würden wir wieder gerne einen Aufenthalt buchen. Lage ist perfekt für einen Spaziergang.
