Ankomst ved hjælp af koder fungerede godt.
Meget tilfreds, gode senge, nydeligt badeværelse, dejlig morgenbuffet. Stille og roligt sted og alligevel lige midt i byen. Rolig parkering bag hotellet. Kan anbefales.

Lidt skuffende ophold.
Vi ankom til til hotellet, og kunne ikke finde receptionen , eller personale.
På et tidspunkt møder jeg en personale, som viser at receptionen er bag en dør hvor der står restaurant. (Det ville være hensigtsmæssigt med et skilt der henviser til en reception)
Vi får tildelt værelse. Der er virkelig koldt på badeværelset, og især gulvet er koldt.
Jeg tænker at det må være en fejl, så jeg henvender mig til den ene personale jeg kan finde. Jeg spørger ind til det kolde badeværelse, og får beskeden, at der ikke er varme i rummet. Min datter og jeg bruger derfor kun badeværelset når vi absolut skal, og bad, er der ingen af os der har lyst til i det kolde rum - så det undlader vi.
