Shocking, don't do it! They tried to charge us and another family twice. The receptionist seems to be running a scam. I got locked out my room as they disabled my codes. The reception was closed and was unable to access my possesions. I ended up in a room that hadn't been cleaned and had to sleep there without my suitcase. Receptionist didn't care, he just wanted more money. Avoid avoid avoid! Worse experience I've ever had in any hotel.

Im großen und ganzen war ich zufrieden. Das Hotel wurde wohl in der Zwischenzeit renoviert . Zimmer, Dusche und separates WC waren sauber. Leider fehlt ein Schrank, aber für eine Nacht ging es auch ohne. In der Dusche hatte ich leider ein Problem. Die Armatur ist nicht verstellbar und so niedrig angebracht, dass ich (1, 60) mich bücken musste um mir die Haare waschen zu können. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt würde ich es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Fine and comfortable stay close to old town
No complaints! Staff was quick to switch us to a bigger room when we notified them that our assigned room wasn’t clean/ready, Frederick was very attentive and room was comfortable and had what we needed. Perfect location to old town.

So etwas habe ich in meinem Leben noch nicht gesehen. Un 23 Uhr keine Rezeption, keine Tel Nummer, keine Eincheckungsmöglichkeit. Grund: OVERBOOKING .Und nun was ? Sieht wie eine Bruchbude aus und ist auch eine ! Hotels in Stadtmitte waren für den 1 und 2. April ausgebucht...Glück bei einer Absage im Novohotel neben an für 230€ die Nacht...

Die Mittarbeiter rauchen in der Eingangstür und der ganze Flur/Frühstückstam stingen nach Zigaretten.
Das nicht stören Schild wird missachtet und mein Zimmer wurde ungewollt aufgesucht. Also keine Wertsachen auf dem Zimmer lassen. Sonst für eine Nacht ausreichend. Checkin nur über einen Automaten.
