Very practical and efficient stay, we had the family room and reserved parking spot in advance.
Quick check in and check out prices, elevator available if you have heavy bags, etc.

The hotel has a great location, super close to the train station, and the staff were very friendly and helpful (they stored our luggage for free!). However, our room had a strong smell of smoke, possibly from the bathroom or window. Also, it was a bit noisy at night, which also made sleeping difficult.

We had a great stay here. The room was spacious enough for 4 people. Excellent location—close to the train station and within walking distance to the city center.

The hostel was near the station, which is good especially when you have luggage. There was no kettle in the room, but if you go to the reception hall there is a machine where you can get hot water for tea/instant noodles. The kids love bunk bed so that was good. The center isnt too far, like elisebrunen or the dom.

Excellent for one night stop over. Ask for a quiet room away from the lift. Close to city centre and 3 minutes to the main station. Helpful staff. Very clean.

We love it the room, suitable for 4 of us.
And the best thing about the hotel is very strategic place to the HBF (Train Station). Room comfort is good. Love to come back here while visiting Aachen City.

Had a pleasant stay. We spend about a week. The room was clean and the toilet too. Even though the location is very near to the main train station, it was not noisy at all. A walking distance to halal food and supermarket. However, we tried to book the room cleaning services but no cleaning lady came to clean our room.
