There was a small accident. The itinerary was changed. I didn't go for the first two days. On the third day, I went and there was no room left. It was fully booked. Fortunately, Ctrip refunded the room fee for the next three days. I am so drunk with this operation of the hotel.

Great location, 1-2 minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants… 10-15 minutes walking distance to the railway station (hauptbahnhof). Great/welcoming check-in, fast check-out, wonderful staff. Large, clean and quite room. The breakfast was nice but not exciting. To iron, one has to go to the Baggage and Ironing Room on the first floor which is not convenient. In summary: a very nice hotel, which I highly recommend.

Very satisfied. The front desk was very friendly and considerate. We arrived in the morning, before the check-in time. The front desk asked us if we needed to store our luggage or use the toilet, and helped us solve it. The luggage can be stored for free. The hotel is in a good location, right on the main road next to the old town, which is convenient for visiting the old town and taking a bus.

Location was very good, service was also good, only one day there was no room service? For whatever reason. But it didn't really bother us. There were curtains but the view was like looking into strangers' houses :/ they had it 90% closed so otherwise it was OK 👌🏻 were a lovely 5 days
