Superb hotel, just opposite the beach. 20 mins walk to the shops and restaurants all along the promenade.
I would like to thanks specially Iqbal the lady at the guest relations who has been very friendly and has provided an unbelievable customer experience and service

I wish all hotels would have employees like her, she made our holiday a very good experience

The hotel is great value for money. The food on offer is varied and delicious, however you should attend the buffets as soon as they open. The location near the beach is like a dream, I highly recommend a sea view so you can hear the waves. The refurbished rooms are very modern. The service from the animation team is good. The rest of the staff are very unhappy and unfriendly, especially reception and the bar tenders as they are understaffed by the management.

The hotel is located in the city, with nice decoration, convenient for going out, and many places to eat around. Considering that the overall star rating in Africa is one level lower than that in developed countries, it is generally acceptable. In addition, there may be many illegal taxi drivers who charge exorbitant prices when taking a taxi. Later, the hotel recommended us to find a local guide Xiaolong to hire a car. The price was clearly marked, so we had a pleasant and smooth trip. Some emergencies during the trip were also handled very well for us, so I recommend his WeChat xltrip

The hotel is very beautiful, with a large pool.
The near airport but the passage of the aircraft that overflies the hotel was not a concern.
