I loved staying in the hotel because the staff were so helpful smiling faces I felt like home ,thank you aya life guard in the swimming pool and me Abu alail from house keeping and not forgetting Shayma , I can say the only thing I don’t like was the bath room up dated , every thing else was great specially the good

But when encountering problems, Ctrip is the one who can seriously solve them. There are many varieties of breakfast, but it doesn't feel delicious. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, but I feel that the taste is better than that in China. The waiter at the front desk is really not very patient with Chinese people. I speak Arabic English with a strong accent and very fast.
