This Hyatt is the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at. The hardware facilities are still good because it is newly built. Compared with five-star service and management, there is still a lot of room for improvement. The most intolerable thing is that the room provided to me was not a normal room. It's a room in a suite. The soundproofing is very poor, and there is only one door between us and the guests next to us. The sounds of their conversation and exchanges at night could be heard clearly. I only slept for two hours the day I stayed, it was too noisy! Look at the extra bed they arranged! Blankets and jackets are provided. You want to use it, hum! You have to put it in yourself. After negotiating with Ctrip, the quilt was delivered late at night. It was just a quilt. The quilt was a quilt and the jacket was a jacket. If you want to use it, you have to do it yourself. After showering, there would be so much water spilling out that I almost slipped! Because it is not a standard room, the shower they provide allows guests to take a shower in the bathtub, and the water flows outside to the floor. I have to praise Ctrip's service here. It's really good. If there are any problems, they can actively negotiate and resolve them. I have used Booking and agoda when traveling abroad before. But when encountering problems, Ctrip is the one who can seriously solve them. There are many varieties of breakfast, but it doesn't feel delicious. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, but I feel that the taste is better than that in China. The waiter at the front desk is really not very patient with Chinese people. I speak Arabic English with a strong accent and very fast.

The hotel facade is not very good, and the lobby is similar to that of three-star hotels in China. I was waiting for check-in for more than an hour because the hotel did not receive a confirmation number. However, when I walked through the lobby, I found a different world. This resort is really big, with a very beautiful environment and a refreshing feeling. The only problem is that the room facilities are relatively old.

I charted this hotel on Google Maps trying to find an alignment between Cheops Pyramid, the front of the Sphynx and some rooftop or balcony. The answer seemed obviously The Pyramids View Inn. It was surprisingly (suspiciously) cheap, and didn’t look too fancy from the outside… But the photos inside were much better and the view was either Photoshopped or out of this world. The reviews were amazing, so I decided against staying in downtown Cairo and going to Giza, as close to the pyramids as I could be without actually sleeping inside one of them, Best travel decision, EVER! The staff was friendly since we started exchanging emails about airport transfers and tours. I was a bit scared of the arrival at the airport at 2am and the possibility that there could be no one waiting for me, but outside the airport after saying no to a dozen Taxi drivers inside, my driver was there with a sign with my name. Don’t feel disoriented with so many drivers from hotels with name looking neatly the same. The sign will have this hotel name as it is written here and your own name. It only got better from then on. Super friendly and honest staff, clean room, THAT AMAZING VIEW, both from the room and the rooftop where you can get à plentiful breakfast and some night drinks there (don’t expect alcohol in an Islamic republic) You can actually see the Pyramids Light and Show perfectly or even better from the hotel than on-site. Just pray you get it on your language while you are there. Everyday was in a different language while I was there. Book the tours at the hotel too. You can find many offers online, hardly a better driver and guide than the ones I got. Friendly, professional, helpful. I was alone in Egypt and they (tour and hotel staff) welcomed me as my new best friends. On the Gyza tour, you will be taken to some local Businesses with high quality papyrus and oil scents. Don’t feel forced to buy anything and expect some high prices there, It will be hard though not to spend as many money on souvenirs as on the rest of the trip. If you really don’t want to spend some big buck on excellent products just say no or skip visiting those two sites, but you will miss learning how to make a papyrus sheet. You can do three tours in two days (Cairo cultural sights, Ancient Egypt historical sites and Nile Dinner cruise). if you manage to go to the desert after flying for a day. There was another option with a sleepover on some Bedouin Oasis which I skipped. The hotel surrounding may feel intimidating when you arrive, with high police apparatus and the local salesperson that really hassle you. The best place to buy souvenirs is right next door to the hotel. Look for the window with the No Hassle sign. The owner is charming, educated, respectful of your word. and offers great prices. Travel light and keep room in your luggage to take home the stuff you buy here. Oh, and bless the room air conditioning.and keep hydrated at all times. I am not sure if I’ll ever be retur

Don't be fooled by the dilapidated lobby and the small elevator. The room was very clean, our couple took two children and lived very well. All service staff are very enthusiastic. Similar to domestic hotel-style apartments, the price is close to the people, the supermarket downstairs is very convenient to get some food. You can see the pyramids on the rooftop. It's a bit cold at night during the Chinese New Year, so be sure to bring a windbreaker or a slightly thicker dress. But it's hot during the day.
Hygienic: very clean
Facilities: Room facilities are average but very clean. The lobby and elevator are too old like scenes in ghost movies.
Environment: Really enter the hotel, the view of the rooftop is very good, there will be a power outage.
Service: Every waiter is very warm and kind.

XXIAOTINGI had recommended this hotel before, and this time my colleague traveled to help her book this, and she did not let her down. The environment is quiet, the hotel staff is warm and welcoming, the hotel is fully equipped, the rooms are large and clean, not far from the pyramid. recommend
JJD47The hotel looks good and is well maintained, with spacious grounds and spacious rooms. My room was already a little tired/dated. The majority of the hotel staff were pleasant, though the operation felt a little chaotic and some staff on reception especially lacked high-end customer service skills that you would expect from a 5 star.
8897raniaaThe hotel was very clean. Everyone working there from porter to reception staff and room service manager and cleaners, they whet all very nice and kind and helpful. The hotel and rooms are super clean and cozy the cleaning man Hasan was so eager to serve and make us always comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good between mall of Egypt and mall of Arabia. The only thing made me give it 4 stars was the breakfast was very poor not variety of food and very little amount of food in the buffet. Also the smell of the frying oil in the restaurant where we had our breakfast was so unpleasant. The music in the morning was not a morning music but dancing and so loud.
WwuheChinese compatriots have a higher occupancy rate, breakfast highlights local specialties, various pastries, breads, desserts, soup containers are weird, tastes of locals are also good, fruits and yogurt are children's favorite, others are different from person to person Already. The condition of the room is average, think about the surrounding wilderness, this condition is fine!
GGuest UserI loved staying in the hotel because the staff were so helpful smiling faces I felt like home ,thank you aya life guard in the swimming pool and me Abu alail from house keeping and not forgetting Shayma , I can say the only thing I don’t like was the bath room up dated , every thing else was great specially the good
